No one wants to go through divorce proceedings; however, it really helps when you have a great attorney to aid you in the course of those events. I was fortunate to discover Mr. Scott and his team at a time of great uncertainty for me. I had a small daughter and was unsure how the custody process worked, or how to divide the assets my ex and I had acquired during our marriage. Mr. Scott made it simple and fought to make sure that, when the proceedings would finally end, I had enough of what I needed to support myself and my daughter.I would recommend him and his staff to anyone who feels just as lost in the process as I did then.

I was presented with a moderately complex civil contract dispute between landlord (me) and tenant. This was an emotionally charged case could easily have gotten out of control. I retained Paul Mengert of Scott Law Group to work on this case. Paul laid out an outstanding strategy that he executed flawlessly. The result was an amicable and economical resolution that is now behind me and something about which I no longer worry. Along the way I wanted to deviate from Pauls strategy due to emotion rather than logic. Seeing the big picture, Paul gently articulated the consequences of those possible actions and kept me on track. Had I not heeded his advice the case could have gone ballistic and become very costly. Paul is my man!

Paul K. Mengert showed real concern for justice in my case. He explained how the law did not uphold Justice in my case and that he would do everything WITHIN THE LAW to minimize the effects of persecution within the prosecution itself. The day I walked in to Scott Law Group was honestly the worst day of my life. I had found myself in the midst of a nasty separation and divorce. At the time things were getting out of hand and I knew I needed help. Bobby walked in with the confidence I needed to see. I'd give no stars if I could. Scammed me out of $17000 and from multiple people I've come into contact with since. My lawyer quit his office and I was never informed. My sons father passed before we even made it to child support. He allowed them to keep continuing case after case. Made promises that he never followed through on. He is a crook as well as his staff. I have so much more to say about this office but will keep it to myself.
