These women are fearless! While most wouldnt even take my case because of the vengeful reputation, and the position that my ex held, they protected me! Hiring an attorney for the first time can be scary but the best decision I ever made was scheduling my initial consultation with Bell Law Firm. Sarah has been my saving grace during my divorce process. She has always been so kind and easy to talk too, answering any and all questions I had, which kept me at ease during this process. She handles everything with extreme professionalism and is a real go-getter. As cliche as it sounds, I do not know what I would have done without her! I hired Sarah Norris to represent me for child custody and a DVPO. Let me just say, shes been by far the best Atttoney!! She stay connected with me throughout the whole process! She actually cares for the best interest of the child! Ive been with other law firms where I only got to speak with my attroney once and the rest of the time with the secretary. Nope not with Bell law firm !! When things were uneasy Sarah brought clarity and ease! I definitely recommend her to anyone going through a hard time !! Thank you Sarah !!

Awful. Took advantage of my situation. Be very careful. Watch their billing and be prepared if you ask them billing questions cause that's when your attorney/client relationship ends. They are now withholding important documents and I cannot move forward with my case. They are doing it out of pure meanness. I will be reporting them to both The Mecklenburg County Bar and The NC Bar. Not only did I have to deal with their drama and unethical business practices but this all happened while my brother and mother are preparing for end of life. They care nothing about their clients only the green you can put in their pockets. The more money you have, the more they will spend and keep you going till your broke.

I used them for divorce and mediation, I can not recommend them for these services. I hired an attorney to help through a tough time and to make sure I was given a fair opportunity to not be taken advantage of. We came up with a game plan in the beginning and I asked several times throughout the process are we still using the game plan and was advised we were. We get to mediation and my attorney was aware what I had gone through and what was important to me to discuss at mediation. During mediation I learned was a very tough process and and your mind and emotions are everywhere and for most people it is their first experience going through a divorce or mediation process and that's when the attorney is supposed to speak up for the client. It never happened and at mediation the game plan we had discussed was never mentionesd. Again as a client it would have been nice for my attorney to keep me on track and to at least ask for what was important for me and that never happened. Also when it came to pension I asked her how does that work and her answer was I don't know. With me paying a lot for the service to give legal advise it was her responsibility to know the laws regarding this, especially since the process took over three years it gave her ample time to get the law reference this. In the end I feel this cost me more than it should have had we at least asked for what was important to me. As I look back I am more disappointed at the fact my attorney didn't speak up in my defense, not that I did or didn't get it but that she didn't even ask. I also had many billing concerns. Looking at how everything was done I would not have used their services and I will not recommend them to anyone of my friends or associates. Edit: the attorney handling my case was Sarah Norris and again I would definitely not recommend her. She did a very poor job representing me and she did not have my best interest in mind at all. She made a bad experience worse by the way she handled my case and I feel she didn't care or she would have spoke up for me when it would have benefitted me but she didn't and that was the reason I hired an attorney.

In less than 5 hours, Bell & Bell Law Firm, was able to resolve a traffic violation that I had from 2009. In my younger years, I was a bit careless and let a traffic violation go without being resolved. After applying to renew my drivers license, I was informed promptly that it was not going to happen. It took a week of me calling around to find where my ticket was and to learn that I could not resolve it myself. Best phone call I made was to Bell & Bell this morning. It was a stroke of brilliance that the stars were aligned and the lawyer was in the county I had received my ticket. An afternoon phone call to confirm my form of payment also came with exciting news. My case was dismissed and everything was dismissed. I am free and clear. I may have squealed to loud on the phone with excitement, but I was overwhelmingly impressed with their efficient and wonderful work.Not only were they wonderful and quick, but they were also such a pleasure to speak with on the phone.I would 100% recommend them and their services. Now everyone's circumstances are different so this may not be typical, but I have to say that from start to finish I was impressed by the level of professionalism and how transparent the process was. If I could give 6 stars I would, I was charged with Reckless Driving, after hiring Bell&Bell the process was painless and worry free. Any time I could possibly need an update I was called promptly and they handled my calls very professionally. My final charge ended up being plead down to Improper Equipment and I am eternally grateful to have dodged criminal charges thanks to the expertise of George and the rest of the staff at Bell. Bell & Bell law firm understands that we all have busy lives and need to take advantage of the technology available to us to be more efficient with our time. My daughter was ticketed for reckless driving and speeding. I had contacted several other law firms that requested a consultation but not with Bell & Bell. Everything was handled through electronic mail using PDF's. My daughter did not have to miss school and I did not have to miss work for court which was a blessing to both of us. Not only were they efficient, but they were able to get my daughter's reckless driving ticket thrown out and her speeding ticket reduced to only 9 mph over. They provided timely follow-ups on how much court costs would be and to where I should mail the check. Thanks for not being one of the 'Old School' law firms that would have really taxed my budget and my schedule. Hopefully I will not have to use you again, but if required I will be reaching out to you in the future
