My wife and I met with Mr. Massagee on March 16, 2020 to talk about drawing up our wills. When I didnt hear back from him, I talked with his receptionist a month later on April 13 and asked for an update on what was happening. She said she would pass my request on to him.When I didnt hear from him, I called on May 4 and again talked with the receptionist who again said she would pass my request on to him.It is now May 14 and I have still not heard from Mr. Massagee. I have contacted his receptionist and asked her to tell him that we would no longer be needing his services. She said she would pass the message on to him.

I would give them zero stars if possible. My mother used them to close the estate of her deceased fianc. They took over a year to close out a very small estate. Both attorneys I spoke with on the phone were very rude when I called on my mothers behalf. They rudely told me they didnt represent me or my mother, only the estate of the deceased. Both ending up hanging up on me at various times. I recommend finding someone else and staying far away from this firm.

Not impressed with these guys! Office forgot to pass information to lawyer and they cancelled my appointment when I got upset! I did Consultation over the phone and Massagee gave me a option. When I called back to confirm that is what I wanted to do the girl in office Kayla I believe was her name said she forgot to tell him and to talk to him again would be $250 more dollars! What? I then ask her does this guy want my business? Because Im in a serious situation and need someone to represent me! Not someone who will not call you back and charge you to talk about a option already discussed! BUT the will take time to call and cancel your appointment! Personally! Wow!! Suprized Im not being charged for that!

Gotta be the worst. They wont show up for the appointments and dont have the courtsey to call.They know less about lease law than the 20 minutes I spent reading online bar association writings. I have no recommendation other than try somewhere else.

Our closing with PYM started off well; but then we later learned they had miscalculated a property tax bill the owner should have paid. We found out after the closing when we were billed the difference. We tried calling and emailing the office at least 15 times to get a resolution, we only got the run-around. For the few times we received a reply we were told the lawyer was 1) working on it, 2) out of office, or 3) would get back to us soon. We still have not heard anything back. Very disappointed with the error they made; and also with their lack of professionalism and sense of responsibility.
