I am a client and I will say my case is still pending. I am frustrated currently. When I was accepted as their client the professionalism was above and beyond reproach. Now when I call the treatment is no longer as positive as in the beginning. The representative I had or my case worker was incredible. The case worker called and ensured I was updated and showed true concern. The best example I am able to give is 28 February 2020. I called to give my update and requested a call back. The policy of Ricci Law Firm is a twenty four hour turn around. It is now forty eight hours and no return call. I have no updates on my case nor have my simple questions received answers. The former case worker received a well deserved promotion. At present I could not tell you who my case worker is or will they update me. I do believe the attorney handling my case is vested in a positive outcome for me. I am not able to speak about anything else as I have no idea of the status of my case.

Tried to receive help and information on a case I was wanting to open, but was not sure of what to tell the representative that called me back. I was not informed that I had to discuss all of my issues, such as all medical history and medical issues that I have. I was told that I would be speaking to a lawyer concerning all of these issues, and that would be the person that determined whether they would be able to help me. They turned me down without me even speaking to a lawyer. I called back to bring this misunderstanding to a secretary's attention, and she would not allow me to speak to a lawyer and was not interested in hearing what I had to say, but instead told me there was nothing she could do to further assist me. I have never heard of such a thing. This was not a very friendly place and they refused to assist me or offer any other options or to hear me out. I really hope that they do not treat all of there clients this way because to my knowledge they are supposed to help people in the best, most courteous way possible. I hope others have better luck than I did and receive better help and compassion towards there case.
