STAY AWAY if you need family law assistance. The only person you will ever talk to is his assistant Andrew which is not experienced at all. You may get to speak to Tom the day before the court date just to remind him of the details of your case. We paid a 2 thousand dollars retainer and never received one invoice over 8 months detailing how the funds were used. We asked repeatedly for an invoice but one was never sent. The only invoice received was after we expressed that we were dissatisfied with his services. The invoice was written on an iPhone and stated we owed over 2 thousand more dollars and it needed to be paid immediately before he would show up to the court date that week. He never communicated to us that he used the entire retainer and continued to keep billing. We are still receiving invoices months later from Mr.Roupas with a 18% interest rate added every month. Save yourself the trouble and go with Molly Howard. She focuses solely on family law. She is a organized attorney that sends bi weekly invoices and thoroughly tracks how your money is spent. She also won our case.
