WORST court appointed attorney PERIOD. I was attacked by 2 wanna be thugs , and in self defense, I ended up defending myself, causing both attackers minor injuries. Once again, it was self defense. I had every right. I wasnt explained my rights well AT ALL on how to acquire my own attorney. So, unfortunately Monica was appointed to my case. She didn't even hear me out. Was all about taking a plea deal and owning up to something I absolutely DIDN'T DO. Not only was time previously served due to this injustice (where I suffered a miscarriage in holding). But 2 years of intense probation was added due to the fact you told them I'd pay restitution for their medical Bill's, they THEY CAUSED ATTACKING ME!!! You didnt fight for me at all. Its fines now. I'm completely off probation and my life is back to perfect. But I hope people see this and know your a NO good attorney. Maybe if the color of my skin was different, you would have fought harder for me. Shame. You should have your license revoked .
