I have done a lot of hard things in my life. But the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with was separation of my daughters. My girls need the influence of their loving father in their life. Mrs. Hardin fought hard to provide equitable influence for me as a father. She is an extremely professional lawyer, has her clients best interest at heart, and knows how to do her job well. I am very grateful I had her services and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help.

Mine is the typical story in Fayetteville, married to a military guy, who goes on deployment and comes back with another story in his heart. It has been almost 2 years since that one day I desperately came to Victoria Hardin, broken into pieces, right in the middle of dealing with a greedy, cheater, soldier (who was a Major in the US Army) who had left me and my daughter expecting to get away with paying pretty much nothing. I cannot stress how great Ms Hardin was with regards to my divorce and child custody. She had my best interest at heart and made sure that I did the right things at the right time. I can't lie it was expensive but as the saying goes you pay for what you want. In the long run as long as you listen to Ms. Hardin you will get exactly what you want and then some. I am a father of 2 wonderful children and I wanted to write a review because most fathers feel that the mother will get custody of the children no matter what. 3 steps of success will come down to listen to Victoria Hardin and what she says to do, be smart with decisions with children, and always keep records of everything that is important to the kids.

I am a former Special Forces Soldier and a father going through one if the ugliest experiences of my life. Ms. Hardin's professionalism is only exceeded by the results she achieves in court. She recently won a major victory for me for half the cost and less than half the time quoted to me by one of the other highly rated attorneys in the area. I have full confidence in Ms. Hardin for the future fights we have coming up, and couldn't imagine using another attorney.The guy below me claims she is bossy. She is a highly experienced subject matter expert in her field. Why would you hire a professional, and disregard their advise? I have done everything she asked of me, and it has paid off.If you want results, hire Ms. Hardin and trust her to do right by you.

Horrible service. Extreme lack of communication, does not reply back to you on the phone, only through email and actually sided with the other parent in the child support and custody battle. Was not connected at all with us and was very arrogant when all she did was costs us time and money with our kid.

I have had an unpleasant experience with Lawyers. I am sure we all have. My lawyer had managed my Divorce and Custody. When problems arose with my Ex-husband, I returned to the same lawyer for answers and solutions. Unfortunately, I wound up with even more problems. I would up with a Contempt case against me because because of it all. After being harassed by Sheriffs trying to reserve me papers at home and at work, I was referred to Hardin Law Firm. I expressed my concerns with Victoria Hardin, who gave me council on the matters set before me. She was very straight forward on what she needed from me as a client for my case, caught errors and information that I had missed, and explained much of the process that was to come to me. Her retainer was a little more than I expected, but she was diligent in her work on my case. She is helping to clean up so much of the mess left by the previous lawyer, and even my Ex-husbands lawyer, that I could not be much happier with her performance. Her fees are not cheap, but most of the time, you get what you pay for. Victoria has been worth every penny so far. I continue to expect exceptional work from her in finishing up my case. Heaven forbid I have any more legal problems, but I will certainly look toward her if I do. Thank you again!!
