I called Rush Watson for an legal document that I needed before a due date that was very close. He responded to my voicemail in a timely fashion. He understood what type of document I needed and explained to me what was necessary to get it done. He returned it to me within a few days even though he had a brief illness in-between. I highly recommend Rush he did a great job for me!

Church Watson Law has been professional and caring whenever we have needed legal advice and representation. Rush made us feel comfortable with our situation and took time to inform us of the law so we can understand what everything meant and took time to answer questions. Our second time using Rush involved our youngest son. Rush talked to our son like he was a young man rather than a little child. My experience with this law firm has been good. I've dealt with Kary exclusively. She has always been available, willing to take calls when needed and helped me work through my situation. The hourly charges I felt were within market range and I did not feel like I was charged additional hours for no reason, which is always a concern when hiring a lawyer on an hourly rate. I was pleasantly surprised that the bill reflected the hours I thought should have been charged for the given task. Kary exhibits both honesty and integrity which is important when choosing someone to represent you.

This firm is TOTAL garbage - from the managing partner to the hideously unpleasant receptionist. I retained Maren Werts for domestic issues concerning child custody and visitation. She is extremely inexperienced and ineffective. My case went nowhere for 17 months while she apathetically pursued a completely uninspired and unintelligent course of (in)action. I worked with her and this firm for far too long (years) before firing them. Once I did, my case was resolved in 6 weeks by a competent attorney from a different, far superior firm.
