When my divorce transitioned away from amicable, Aimee took over and knew exactly how to proceed with both custody and financial issues. She provided invaluable insight on what to just 'accept' vs. what needed to be 'argued' and fought for. Not only is she effective in her methodology, she is does an excellent job of setting expectations and assessing probable outcomes. If anything good came out of my divorce, it was me gaining respect for attorney's like Aimee that bring ethical wisdom to even the most emotional and complicated issues. I could never thank her enough and have no reservations about recommending her and her team to anyone needing representation.

The biggest mistake I made dealing with a nasty divorce was hiring this Aimee Cain. I regret hiring her and the same things happened to me that happened to the previous two people that left reviews (she takes your money and disappears). She took my payment for her services ($1500) in September 2014 and my case did not go to trial until September 2015. I understand the legal system takes time... a lot of time. And that isn't my issue. But when I was at the trial that day in 2015, she did not even know who I was because she had not seen or spoken to me in a YEAR (I had to wave her down and she then told me she did not remember what I looked like. This is NOT something you should tell your client). The only person I ever spoke to at her office was Victoria (the secretary/assistant). The attorney's team made errors on the documents for my case and my case almost got dismissed because of this... You will never speak to the actual attorney you paid for unless you go to court and she HAS to be present (and she may not remember who you are!). We won my case and she fell off the map completely after that and I never got compensated, so I called their office and nobody would ever return a call. Then the attorney could not even be bothered to call me back, the receptionist called and told me that my case is closed (uh, what??) there is nothing they can do for me. After almost 2 years and a lot of tears and disappointment, I now have to 'hire another lawyer' (their words) or try to figure this out myself. I definitely do NOT recommend this lawyer unless you want to waste a lot of time, money, never get told what is happening with your case, never even speak to or see the attorney you paid for, and get treated like you are just a dollar sign.

Aimee Cain is not just a lawyer, she is a genuine, whole hearted individual that TRULY cares about her client. I currently have Aimee as my attorney and without her I don't know where I would be with my case. She makes sure you are clear on every single motion filed or motion needing to be filed. I personally have multiple kids that are a part of this very contentious divorce and the support and empathy that Aimee has provided is more than I ever imagined receiving during this time in my life. Whether late at night or during recess of another trial she WILL get back with you and spend as much time answering your questions. Now let's discuss trust, this is not something that comes easily from attorneys. I have had several court dates where she has asked that I trust her judgement and I am always pleased. Her pristine office and staff complete the package. I would highly recommend her whether a simple or nasty divorce. She is very reasonable and not out to break anyone, rather use your funds wisely while keeping your best interests in mind.

Aimee was great! From the first time I went into her office she was very down to earth and straight forward. She took good notes throughout the whole process was as excited as me to procend with the divorce case. During the mediation I started to get money hungry (hoping to get the absolute most from my ex) Aimee actually advised me against it. She noted that it may not be beneficial and her job is to help me, not to take my money. Attorneys tend to get a bad reputation for just wanting to take your money, Aimee didn't make me feel that way. Thanks again Aimee

I had a great experience with Aimee. Fantastic lawyer!! She always called me back promptly and even called me from Egypt when she was on vacation when I sent her an email asking that she contact me ASAP. I had no idea she was half way around the globe. She worked with me to prepare my testimony and was sooo on top of it at trial. I feel lucky to have found her. I think my ex wishes that they had found her first :)

Terrible lawyer. Do not usePaid her to do something so simple. She did as little as needed. Once I paid her the only person I interacted with was the receptionist. I never was informed on next steps or what was going on. Documents were delayed due to the poor organization of this firm so know I get to deal with everything that has stemmed from the delay and the simplified verbiage used and the lack of questions asked when documenting.

I used her a few years back, thought I was getting someone that would work for me and help me, however she decevied me, took my money and the situation was left unresolved.....unless I wanted to waste more time and money with her. She comes off as a fighter for you, until she has the money......beware!!!! I would represent myself before ever hiring her again.
