A health care power of attorney (HCPOA), a HIPPA release form, a simple will, and a living will are the forms that you should consider obtaining depending on ones circumstances. These document can be particularly helpful if your child is overseas and may not be able to handle their affairs easily from afar. Meet with Lea.
