Hamm was hired in my divorce and was paid a lump sum in five figures. I was then advised by another attorney that the lump sum was unprofessional on his part and unheard of in civil cases. Hamm also tried to charge me copying my file and again was advised by second attorney that it was illegal for him to charge me for my file. Hamm did complete or complete paperwork for the pensions so that ex-wife did get half but only after threatening to relief himself from counsel.
