I worked with them for a car accident and I enjoyed how well Mr. Rowland and Madeline handled everything. They did their best to help me get the results even when the insurance company was difficult. When I spoke to other people in the office, I was always impressed by how professional and nice they were.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Emptied out my savings account to fight for custody of my son, while his father was in prison. Im active duty military and at the time I hired Mr. Rowland I was deployed overseas. When I returned we went to court, instead of feeling represented by Mr. Rowland I felt like I was being attacked because of my choice to serve my country as my job. I told him I wanted to go to trial and instead of doing what I paid him to do he kept telling me that I would go to jail for moving my son to my next duty station with me and that fighting wasnt the best interest... did I mention to you that my son father is in PRISON?! First time working with this firm and definitely the LAST!

Need to follow up on my previous review and the response below 'Mr. Bean, we apologize that we could not take your case due to a conflict of interest. That is actually a professional responsibility rule that we must follow. If we can ever help you with another matter, we would be happy to do so.'Not sure how there would have been a conflict of interest on an underage drinking charge, but even if that was the case, I drove 12 hours from FL to NC to be in court. You were well aware that I was doing so. I went to speak with the attorney before court, was told he was locked in his office getting ready for court, then in court his associate told me he was sick. Also I should mention that I fired you, you didn't withdraw willingly. And I got a better deal representing myself than what you suggested.

Incredibly poor communication! I had to initiate all communications for my case, even after their comparatively high attorney fees were paid. I would not use them again, so I can not recommend them.
