I called and spoke with Jonathan because I was needing guidance after getting stuck in a contract with a realtor. He spoke with me (and honestly it was one of the best conversations I've had in a while) about his thoughts on it, things that would work in our favor or against us, even about our needs and what we're working toward.It honestly felt like a chat with a friend.In the end, the issue resolved itself, and due to how seriously awesome he was, we decided to use them for our upcoming real estate transaction.I feel very good about that decision.
