This is the best Chamber of Commerce and visitors center. Mr. Jones was so helpful and a great advocate for Banner Elk. This is a must visit.

Great location right in the heart of Banner Elk. Cathy and Roy were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and all the goings-on. Sign up for their email and they will keep you updated year-round on what's happening in beautiful Banner Elk. They also have a great selection of t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other Banner Elk items. UPDATE: This is such an enthusiastic group of people. We just experienced our first 'BE Small Town Christmas' and it was so much fun. Lots of activities for kids, pets, and even us retirees. The parade and train rides and decorations in the park must have taken hours to complete and they were beautiful. With hot cocoa and marshmallow roasting to boot. What a great time! Thanks to the chamber folks for a lot of work that really paid off. We're going to make it a point to be here every year for the fun and reindeer games!
