I made a appointment two weeks ago and today it was canceled on a Friday two days before my meeting and put off until the 18 of February a week after my court date, I feel that this was very unprofessional and wasn't given any help in finding another attorney. If you are considering using this company I recommend you don't because you may find yourself in the same inconvient situation.

Very disappointed. Introduced to me as one of the best in town, than one lawyer forgot my case for over a month another did not tell me that he had worked several cases for an insurance company that I was filing a claim with.

Brian Lawler from Van Winkle Law Firm represented me in a very complex case with highly emotional undertones.He took this case on after two other attorneys (not with Van Winkle) had failed to develop strategies that would safeguard my son's rights. Brian developed a strategy that fit the specifics of the case. He asked questions, he listened, and provided reassurance when needed. During the hearing he introduced facts and valid arguments based on logic and reason rather than the fiction and innuendo presented by opposing counsel. Brian was knowledgeable about courtroom procedure. He was always professional and respectful. He was able to work as a team with my son's attorney to achieve the desired outcome! This review is an expression of my heartfelt appreciation for the legal work that Brian did on behalf of my son and I.

Now Ill start off saying I must have been in the wrong (although with the confusing signage I doubt it couldve been any other way) but these folks here have zero decency. I went to meet a client at the building across the street from the law firm and parked in the adjacent lot. (The lot is connected to the building I was in) To see about doing some work for a local business. Apparently there is someone working in the law firm whos job is to watch out the window and have people towed from the lot across the street. (Tow truck guy explained this to me) Funny thing is my phone number is plastered on the side of my vehicle. This also happens to be the firm to represent the mayor?Anyway zero courtesy 1/10

Larger firm with attorneys in multiple specialties. Lindsay Thompson & Larry Harris do great work for us in Real Estate & General Business respectively on a consistent basis. Our business has benefited by having an existing relationship with a firm that has attorneys in areas we use less often, but occasionally need. For Real Estate work Lindsay Thompson has been especially good at closing complicated matters, and is the most responsive attorney we have worked with.

Poor communication, poor follow through, and of course not honest about things (imagine that with an attorney), undependable.
