Mr. Crowe achieved what I thought was impossible, a reasonable outcome in my case. The attorneys on staff are very thorough and are quick to grasp a situation. All of the staff are knowledgeable, personable, and patient. In the end, I had a better resolution than I was initially seeking.

Unfortunately, divorce is all too common these days. Thank God mine was uncontested and fairly simple. The entire process took 4 months.. I never had to go to court, and only had to visit the office twice. Done efficiently and in a thorough manner.

Do not spend your money on these people, they are a waste of time and money, I paid $2,500. for their service upfront and Justin which is one of the lawyers, appeared once in court and did not even say much to the judge, the court date was adjourned and i requested to cancel my services with them. I sent plenty of emails requesting for a refund of the unearned payment and they refused to refund me my money. On top of the money i paid they are charging me an extra $50.00. Again they only appeared in court one day. Worst law firm. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I used to work for this office. Let me be clear, it is not the staff that is a problem it is the leadership and the policies from the top. As a client you will likely never see the same attorney twice. Also, there is a routine lack of preparation for hearings and trials. I was sent to a trial and was told our client was in the middle of their direct testimony on her petition, which was handled by an attorney no longer at the firm; there was also no transcript or any exhibits for evidence purposes. Turns out, the client's petition was to be tried second because the adversary's was filed first and was on trial first, not the client's. The office did not even know the proper stage of this case. The prior attorney was actually in the middle of that person's cross examination and when I was sent it was without a transcript so no way to even know what was said previously. The client was not even there because she was likely not told about court, a routine occurence at this office.The Judge was so angry she required Wayne Crowe to appear next time to answer for what happened and why he shouldn't be sanctioned, which I was told by people in the office that this is not the first time he has been sanctioned. Also, apparently, there are 10 grievances currently pending against Wayne. This is all based on information received by office staff while I worked there.Wayne actually said to me it should just get put on the client because she wasn't there and we should have just asked the Judge to dismiss the client's petition and have her defaulted on the adversary's, all to cover up his conduct on the case, which extends to pretty much every other case.Another was set for a trial on equitable distribution/division of marital assets, with no preparation, document prep, witness prep, client prep, etc.Another case was left off the calendar, one where the client's paternity was being contested by someone else and so when the appearance was missed, a blood test was ordered. I personally witnessed the attorney assigned this case argue with the clerk about the missed appearance. Missed court appearances from cases not being calendared happen routinely at this firm.Proceed with extreme caution with this firm, and also use caution when looking at the reviews. Wayne himself is mostly located at his other office in Michigan and the managing attorney is Michael King, who has himself put a 5 star review on google, stating he uses the firm but doesn't disclose he works there.

I am very happy and satisfied with the results of the custody arrangement.Many times we spend on unimportant things but not on what can give us peace of mind.Thanks for explaining things that I could not see by ignoring the laws and being worried!

Zero stars is not allowed! If you need an adjournment then Wayne is your guy. When meeting with Wayne Crowe Esq., he creates a sense of urgency, once retainer is paid there is no urgency. Generally, Wayne will attempt to flip your case to a recently graduated attorney (probably pays them minimum wage) that works in his office. Most of these young attorneys don't last long not allowing for continuity. Supreme court cases is where the money is, so Wayne, typically gives family court cases to newbie attorneys.I was charged $3,500 flat rate for simple family court matter for less than stellar results. Plenty of quality family law attorneys to choose from in the Bronx.BTW, this isn't a former disgruntled client, I drank the kool-aid and simply got it wrong. Just trying to help others avoid waste of time and money. That's the purpose of this process! Don't listen to the side noise by Wayne, trying to muddy the waters.. Update. I stand by my review. Typical attorney tactics, cloud the facts. Free advice, take the sunglasses off in court.

Not happy at all with the services they provided to me. I had to constantly chase them to find out what was going on with my divorce. I did the biggest part of the job tracking down my spouse. Wayne Crowe gave me a price and specifically said that would take care of my whole divorce & demanded I paid upfront which I did. As he was handling my case I started receiving bills from him and when I questioned him about it I never got a straight answer. I would not recommend anyone to this office.

Although I suffered a car accident which resulted in chronic neck and back pain not to mention a pinched nerve in my right arm, the experience with this law firm of Wayne F Crowe was a pleasure. My attorney Chris Pogan was amazing to deal with, he was compassionate and always had time to answer me and my questions. They are very transparent and honest during the process. I would not wish to have another accident but God forbid I do I would return to them to represent me again, they put my needs first and were always reachable and friendly. I paid $2,500 to file for a divorce. Their attentiveness to their clients is unprofessional and just disrespectful. Itll take weeks to get a response from the lawyer that was responsible for my case; and then they had the nerve to ask me for another $2,500 with no results! They treated me like they were doing my case for free or that I compensated them with pocket lint... lol My response:Like I said if your lawyers knew how to respond in a timely matter they would of known that my spouse had changed job sites. Itll be weeks before someone responded to my texts or calls. Thats unacceptable! Take responsibility for your inability to return calls/texts/emails in a timely fashion. I wasnt an annoying or needy client and even if I was it doesnt matter! Im not the only one with this complaint... Do better and have a great summer!

waste of money and energy and please read careful. i hored those people for a simple divorce case since i did not put any fight for a property.1 the attorney Nicholad P. took the case and then left . a woman came over un prepared at the court. i asked the principal attorney to represent the case.2coury day i defended myself with attorney on site. it was very hard to reach him thereafter.3 a paralegal asked me to teach my ex because the principal attorney forgot to get the kid's social security number. i told het that her job WAS to reach out my ex spouse. furthermore I was able to reyrieve the ingi way before her.at the conclusion in dec. it took a year light to provide thr documentation and the attorney or staff were unreacheable. the court papers ewere filed erroneously. i have texted emailed called but the intake ofgice in Oregon was collecting the info and no answer..4f eb 26 2019 aftet literally 2 months of calling the 718 and 347 digit in Oregoni put one of my friends preteding to be a new client; Mr. Crowe, the msin attorney took the bait and picked up the phone. my friend switched to me and through the embarassment and surprise. we convey to reach thr bronx ofgoce therefore, from Pennsylvania i headed to NY City, the Bronx!5 arriving st the site the stsff was unpleasant and the office semi closed. of course documentation was not ready and took another 1/2 hour to get togetherfinding s key document not attached to the others.6 the ofgice is unpleasant and staff sre misrrably arrogant. the attorneys are graduated in snother planet and disconnected. the only thing punctual is the payment. 7 whst i have accomplished with the firm i could have done by myself saving 6 thousand dollars and aoiding swallowing glons of maalox. 8 unprofessional at its best! 9 you sre been warned.

I am posting my experience with the Wayne Crowe law firm so that no one else has to go through what I am going through with them.Mr. Crowe does not handle cases. He is not even in NYC. You only get to talk to him either via web or on the phone.If you need caring lawyers that will handle your case efficiently and for a fare price STAY WAY from this firm.I hired Mr. Crowe to represent me in several family cases including divorcing my wife. The only time I had any dialoged with Mr. Crowe was during my first visit in which he told me what it would cost for the deposit. After that he was NEVER available.I was given an attorney by the name of Christopher Pogan, who seemed competent enough and reassured me that all will be taken care of. When it was time to go to court neither Mr. Crowe nor Mr. Pogan were able to go to court with me so they hired an unexperienced substitute lawyer to fill in at my court hearing. Lets just say that things did not go well for me.Having experienced how the Crowe law firm works I quickly fired them!That's when I really received the full Wayne Crowe treatment.I met with Mr. Pogan once for less than an hour and they represented me in court for less than two hours and they charged me over $7,500 for there services.If you want to be disrespected, have your money stolen from you and loose your court case than this is the firm for you!Yours truly, Jesus B.

This law firm is awesome! I'm working with Justin Aronson and he is spectacular. He is great at answering any questions or concerns and he is working hard to help me with my custody case and in obtaining an agreement. Just last week, I had a court hearing and the case was dismissed, and I wasnt charged for that service because it was the second time it happened and they didnt charge me.
