I had the greatest experience with Kristine going through a hard time in my divorce. From the get go, I was extremely comfortable and felt 100% confident in her ability to help me from my consultation to the end. She was very responsible in price. And would work with my schedule every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable in many (if not all) aspects. I wish I could use her expertise in all my other attorney needs. From here on, I consider her a very close friend. My advice to you is, give her call and meet with her. You wont regret it.

Kristine was our lawyer for a couple years. She started out great, answering all of our questions, returning calls and emails. Then it went downhill once we started going to court, we got a horrible custody deal. She did not explain the order well enough to us, she never answers emails and only return calls when shes driving home from work and doesn't have our file in front of her to answer any questions yet still charged the same as if we were in her office for an appointment. A custody order is not something that can be taken lightly and has to be followed. When i email my lawyer with a concern or question regarding my order I expect my lawyer to respond within a day, not weeks. Nice lady, but always seems to busy to do her job. A perfect example is I emailed her 2/20/2020, and 2 times in March, I am still waiting for a response.

Kristine has very reasonable rates. During my divorce she was helpful in separating emotional based decisions and actions. Some lawyers would take advantage of emotion and then charge you for it. She works in a logical and consistent method, but can be ruthless on her opponent when she needs to. Ultimately, factors like cooperation from your ex or their attorney, your personal actions, the judge assigned and state laws truly dictate the outcome in a divorce, not an attorney. I am glad to say that Kristine worked for the best possible outcome. I would recommend her as a divorce lawyer.

Mrs. Vasquez's professionalism and attention to detail is above reproach. I had a very complicated custody arrangement due to the fact that I am an out-of-state resident and the custody battle was being held in New York. As a result all of our communication was via email and text and extremely long phone conversations. The 13 State barrier did not cause Mrs Vasquez to waiver in her duties as my representation, in fact she was quite prompt in her replies and ensured that she explained each question that arose or issue in great detail to prevent misinterpretation. While going through the custody battle I was served with paperwork for another family court case and Mrs. Vasquez was able to get both cases resolved in a timely manner. I'm a military veteran with PTSD and this process was extremely stressful due to my combat injuries and vindictive other parties. After explaining this to mrs. Vasquez she ensured after each interaction that I was comfortable with what she was telling me and that my mind was at ease. I highly recommend Kristine Demo Vazquez for any family court cases.

Hired her as my divorce lawyer. Under her watch I incurred an agreement that cost me $1,800.00 per month for over a decade, in child support. As someone being PAID to be on my side and support my best interests... what a fail. She got paid for all her time and I was screwed by all her help. Be careful, you could end up in the same boat. Learn from my FAIL. Go with someone else. Just do that and spare yourself the bullcrap.

if i could rate her nothing I would. DO NOT USE HER. our divorce has taken over a year and we have no children no house hold no credit cards no money or property to divide up. There is absolutely no reason it should take this long. You call her for an update and she never responds. I had to call the clerks office to get an update FOR HER! i mean what do you pay these people for if i have to do it myself? absolutely ridiculous.
