I am an attorney myself, so I know good attorneys when I meet them. My experience with Peyton (Anne) and Darren has been excellent. It was very obvious from my first conversation with them that they very much know what they are doing and are very good at what they do. The bulk of my interactions have been with Peyton (Anne). Her analysis and recommendations have yielded tangible positive results that have set my mind at ease at a very difficult time. Not only are their rates reasonable, Peytons work will save me thousands upon thousands of dollars in the long term so that I can move on with the rest of my life in a stable and meaningful way. I highly recommend this firm.

Great lawyers. Great establishment. Top notch when it comes to taking care of their clients. As somebody in hospitality myself I hardly write reviews unless really worth it. Their character is clearly shown professionally when they take the time out to really know the client and case they are dealing with.

Darren explained the issues and offered helpful insights to resolve my issue. My dealings with him were time-sensitive and he worked quickly for a solution. He was prompt in responding to emails and texts. He was a reassuring presence during a stressful, hectic time. He's calm and has knowledge and experience to get you through. I was desperate when I met Darren. My previous 2 attorneys took my money without making any efforts and left me in a total mess. Darren is someone you can trust. He answered my calls/emails promptly and explained everything clearly. My first language is not English yet this didnt create any barriers between Darren and myself. I retained Anne Peyton Bryant for a complicated high conflict custody matter with a long history and quite a few nuances. She got up to speed right away and delivered more results than any prior counsel. She is easy to communicate with and promptly answers calls/texts/emails on nights and weekends. She is thorough in her knowledge of my case and drafting of motion papers. Last but not least, she is equal parts Tiger and ballerina in the court room. I highly recommend her.

I hired Anne Payton Bryant back in April 2019. I was involved in a 15 year long court battle, that had a terrible outcome for me. This was not only a 15 year old case but it was extremely complicated as it involved court mandates and documents from foreign courts.Once Anne got involved with the case she was quick to deconstruct the case and find inconsistencies that no other attornies found. She structured a very solid defense and went to court.After 15 years and a countless parade of attorneys, not to mention the cost, Anne did an incredible job, faster and with and incredible result.I would highly recomend her to anybody with a complcated case, as she is at her best when the case is demanding and complicated.She is a straight shooter and will tell you what you need to do to get a favorable outcome. Extremely analytical and sharp it took her one read of more than 400 pages to find inconsistencies and mistakes, that helped us win the case.I would not hesitate to call her if I ever need an attorney, I would encourage anybody with difficult cases to call her, you will not be disappointed.

I usually never write reviews but my experience wasn't the best, after searching for a family attorney bc of a difficult custody case I was brought to ms Bryant and read some of her yelp reviews, as well as the ones on google and got skeptical after some negative reviews but i gave it a shot anyway, quick appointment thats the only reason why im giving it two stars but the appointment itself was nothing what i was looking for. I cant help but agree that she is unprofessional unfortunately and had quite a demeanor to her, not the friendliest attorney. if that is important to you i would recommend seeking out somebody else. thanks anyways

What can I say, but a sincere thank you to the attorneys at the Bleier & Bryant, LLP for their attention to my simple matter. That which seemed simple turned out to be something where their attention to every detail, every phone call, every silly question I asked l, brilliantly resulted in the dismissal of my case. The matter required motion practice which Ms. Bryant well written and drafted quickly. As a result l, she got us in front of a judge for argument much faster than I expected and and a very favorable outcome. Billing was very reasonable given the immense effort she put into my case. Although I do wish that the firm was a little more sympathetic to my financial constraints, Ms. Bryant did make sure that this legal issue would never arise again. I just had to take a minute to say how much of a relief it was to find Peyton Bryant as I embarked on one of the most challenging experiences of my life. The reality is no one wants to have to hire someone in Peytons line of work because it means that a life choice that you embarked upon has perhaps moved past the point of no return. With that said, what I found in Peyton was an attorney who was professional and empathetic while at other times being forceful and blunt when I needed a strong arbiter for the greater good of my interests. I realized that a person in her position takes on many hats: attorney, therapist, strategist, and negotiator just to name a few. She displayed all of these qualities since we have been working together. If you are interested in working with someone who will have your back then Peyton Bryant is the person who you will want on your team.

I had the pleasure of working for Ms. Bryant and Mr. Bleier this summer. Both of them took the time to teach me and gave me great responsibility. I learned so much from working for both of them and hope to work with them again in the future.

Mrs Peyton Bryant was absolutely unprofessional when I met her in person a few months ago. She is nothing but rude, charged me unnecessary fees for 'work' she didn't do. I have had several appointments with lawyers in the NJ/NYC area and my experience with Peyton Bryant was by far the worst I've ever had. Think twice before even considering her.

My custody matter involved a special needs child And proceeded all the way to a trial despite every effort by Ms Bryant to settle the matter. Ms Bryant was accessible to me all hours of the day and night both weekdays and weekends. Its rare to find a lawyer who responds promptly whether its 10pm or 6 am.She is both thoughtful and aggressive in her representation. Some lawyers arent good in court she is the best ! And because shes a divorced mom herself ,she brings to her practice not only incredible knowledge of the law from having been a law clerk for a judge but also life experiences of having walked in your shoes .she knows what to look for what is not practical or reasonable from both living it herself and practicing law. she is a fighter and recognizes that your ex will he in your life for a long time

Worst legal advice received ever. Lawyer showed incompetence and lack of commitment by not showing up on the day of Court after a holiday. Worst experience ever... and his partners treatment was also dreadful and very unprofessional.

Anne Peyton Bryant of Greenberg Bryant & Bleier has been the brightest of stars and a guardian angel to me, steering me through the most stressful time of my life and giving me strength, confidence and resolve just when I needed it most.My ex-wife emptied our joint savings account, taking everything I had, then took our newborn son to France to visit her mother, saying she was going for a vacation. She convinced her employer of the same and that she would be returning to her job in NYC, but once in France she repeatedly extended her maternity leave by feigning sickness, all the while looking for work in Paris, taking a lease on an apartment there, and buying a vacation house on the coast of France. I realized too late that she clearly had no intention of returning to the U.S., and she has since made no effort to let me see our son. Peyton completely had my back throughout the very difficult time of navigating the intricacies of an international divorce: two British citizens married in France but relocated to NYC where the marriage broke down; one still living in the U.S. but one returned to France with their newborn son.I cant thank her enough and I have no idea how I would have managed without Peyton's fighting spirit, good humor and steady hand on my shoulder.

Rarer Than RareIf you are reading this, then you must be trying to decide whether to hire Anne Peyton Bryant. Retaining her was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Peyton (as she goes by) won my case, helped me to move on from this nightmare and lose 30 pounds. My advice? Call her, like I did 5 months ago, and let her tell you what to do next. Hire her and do not look back. You are in great hands.

Ive had numerous lawyers before finding these talented people; I wish I had found them sooner! Located a few blocks from City Hall, you know these people mean business. They are very present in your case and consider all of your needs. You can guarantee a well spent investment on this law firm no matter how crazy your situation is and thats one of the most important aspects to consider when choosing a lawyer. With their guidance, you can breathe a little easier and start having faith again because they bring passion to their job. They are like a deck of trading cards, your situation will fit into one of their experienced lawyers, so theres no need to worry.Also, there are numerous MTA trains that can get you to this location, so its easy to travel to. So theres no excuses why you cant enjoy this law firm in this wonderful and safe area. I know my experience compliments other clients who can also agree with me.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Anne Bryant four years ago. The fact Im writing a review after four years shows how bad and costly the experience was. I retained her to work on a time-sensitive case after reading the stellar comments on avvo. She was irresponsible, not responsive, incompetent, and unprofessional. She was 20 min late on our first meeting, and had her 3 year old son in the room! She said her son's preschool had the day off due to some unexpected reason. As a woman who works and wants to be a working mother, I empathized with her and overlooked the unprofessionalism. Worst mistake in my life! During the course of our engagement, she was irresponsible (missed the agreed-upon delivery deadline by 3 weeks and only sent me a sloppily written draft with my name spelled wrong, after I fired her!), and not responsive (doesn't reply to half of my emails and yet managed to bill me for reading each one of them), and unethical (she did almost no work and I had a hire another attorney and pay all over again for get it done. Yet Anne charged me $2,500 for doing nothing. After I disputed the bill, she sent out another revised bill of $3,000! The bill is full of fictitious charges, e.g. she charged 3.5 hrs for our first meeting which only lat 1.5 hrs and half of the time was spent by her trying to stop her son from making noises!)My advice: run!My initial review on Avvo was quickly buried by a flood of positive reviews after posting. Its my belief that Anne manages her online reviews.
