I had a great experience working with Tina Hawthorne for my divorce. She worked quickly and diligently to get my matter resolved and put me at ease while doing it. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to family law and worked hard to get me what I wanted. Highly recommend!

paid $100 for consult. a week later i made several attempts to contact office to make appointment to pay retainer fee. 6 different phone calls all no answer. I texted Ms Hawthorne on her personal cell phone she provided to me and has never responded back to me. very disappointed

Tina is extremely bright, loyal, trustworthy and diligent to do everything possible to fight for the best for me and my kids. She is attentive and very detail-oriented (with an incredible memory- how does she do that with a hundred cases?). We have had ups and downs in court, however she has continually looked through my lense, persisted and remained loyal in numerous contexts. She has found unique and clever ways to apply case law in order to boldly bring out the worst in the opposition, ultimately showing true colors. Tina WILL be realistic and wont promise you something she cannot provide- she will be honest with me and not getting my hopes up. With that being said- she knows how to WIN: she is ridiculously smart but doesnt condescend. She knows how to prioritize and mirrors these points back to me so I can also be of help.If you are looking for an attorney with great memory (helpful when my mind is clouded) integrity (will uphold law and not be underhanded like many attorneys) clout (credible-she knows how to use law to get things done when it needs to be done), perseverance (oh my gosh- yes) and attention to detail I couldnt recommend anyone better. If you are looking for a nasty, back-handed, money-hungry attorney who draws out court and ruins lives, I can give you another number-

I used Ms. Hawthorne in a horrible custody battle that lasted years, not her fault. She was always available to answer questions and did not back down from what was right. She also returns phone calls, which is more than I can say for most attorneys. She is very professional and her staff is amazing too.

listen people ive personally worked with Jessica since years . She is one of the most intelligent pushy lol n honest lawyers ive met in my entire life if not the BEST!!!

Absolutely horrible lawyers! Jessica worked very hard with the opposing side instead of fighting for my son. She blind sided me and I overheard the conversation between her and the other attorney. She helped turn my son over to a drug abuser and child abuser. She lied several times and left me consulting other attorneys the night before trial who all told me my problem is her and they were 100% correct. STOP and find a lawyer who wont take your money and hurt your children!!
