Michael is very knowledgeable and tenured, his staff is wonderful. However, his communication is terrible, All communication with him is through an App which is not user friendly, he is selective when he responds and never takes responsibility for his oversights, and is defensive and abrasive when hes questioned About it. Dont ever bother trying to call, it doesnt work that way no matter the urgency. Some discussions are better suited and conveyed over a conversation then through an app, and it was very rare to actually speak with him, he represented me for nearly two years and never once did I ever meet him in person.
