Lifesaver!!! We are so happy we had Mr. Jennings on our side, to fight my husband's case. We are from Tucson, and we suddenly got notice that charges were filed and he needed to appear in Deming, NM. Not only did we never have to drive to NM, but in less than 3 weeks, the case was dismissed altogether. This guy doesn't mess around, and doesn't hesitate. He is amazing! He and his assistant, Leslie, were both so awesome to work with, and always helped reassure me, and keep me calm during this terrifying ordeal. I hope I never need his services again, but if anyone is facing criminal charges, call him! He will do whatever he can to help! Thank you again!!

Mr Jennings is the best in the Southwest. Worth every penny and I'd have paid more. Got a driving case dismissed for me. His personnel at the office kept me up to date and informed of case progress. I live in Texas and case was in Lordsburg NM. If you need peace of mind and confidence someone is in your corner supporting you then hire Mr Jennings.

The Law Office of W. Shane Jennings was great in resolving my case. I had 2 cases and both were dismissed!! From the first day I can tell Mr. Jennings was caring, compassionate and understanding of my situation. I was assigned to Dan (lawyer at the office) who worked on my case and was very aggressive, competent and showed great professionalism. Dan was very honest and was there form me on the phone or in person to answer any of my questions that I had throughout the process. I really appreciated the access to my lawyer because court cases can be stressful and this help reduced my stress/anxiety. The office staff was also great with the front staff reminding of pretrial dates etc over the phone and email. One other awesome thing Mr. Jennings did is work with me on the cost. Hiring lawyers can be costly but Mr. Jennings gave me a great a payment plan over several months which helped reduce the stress of having to pay of the case. One thing I wanted to state and emphasize is no matter the cost hire a private defense lawyer over having a public defender! The effort that Dan and Mr. Jennings put was phenomenal. Their hard work is really is worth every penny!

Unlike other offices, their is always someone in the office to answer the phone to give you an update on your case. I found the Law Office of attorney Shane Jennings through Yelp reviews and recommended it to my brother who needed a representative in New Mexico's Alamogordo Magistrate. My brother was a truck driver, lived in NY and couldn't personally appear for the non jury trial. Attorney's office submitted waivers of appearance and arraignment on my brother's behalf and he didn't need to appear in person. In the end the case was dismissed. I had a terrific experience with the law office of Shane Jennings! I was really in a bind and needed someone who would fight for me. I did not feel neglected by any means. I was very comfortable upon my first visit to the office. They got my warrant lifted and got permission from the judge for me to not have to appear at any pre-trial appearances. When I went to court the advice that they gave to me and the actions they told me to take lead me to get my case dismissed. I am a Commercial Truck Driver, I was Southbound on I-25 late one night and at the end of my shift. I was tired and I was driving slow, Just trying to make my way to Las Cruces to shut down for the night. Unfortunately, They have a speed trap set up on the I-25 about 12 miles north of Las Cruces and to make matters worse the officer only seem targets Truckers. I know this because my dashcam shows a car coming out of the 55mi. zone who was probably doing 80+ to 90 mph. at the exact moment that I passed through the speed trap ( The guy sped away freely) the officer got me for going 65 in a 55.Shane got my ticket dismissed and I didn't even have to go to court. Hope, his secretary called me and told me my ticket was dismissed.
