This firm is now operated by Tyler Benting and he is basically incompetent. Never read my mother-in laws will. Billed us for things we did and things he did wrong. Had to fire him and hire a new attorney.

As a past client of Mr. Hofacket who handeld my fathers estate , he was professional and thorough. His rate is quite high and one must take that into consideration when the duration of the relationship may be as much as 6 to 8 months...He also has a couple of very competant paraleagals that are capable of completeing certain aspects and taskes at a lower cost to you and you can take on some things yourself with instruction. So if your situation warrents a good lawyer and the cost is justified he's the best that Deming has to offer in my opinion.
