I used this law firm for a complicated Ejectment case and they were truly experts and very attentive. I purchased a foreclosed property for investment and the prior owners let some people stay in the house under a sham lease agreement. Bruce Gudin and his team brought these crooks to court and the judge saw right through their little games and awarded me possession of the house. This caused me so much stress but the lawyers and their staff were really exellent throughout the entire process - - and they got it done in less then 60 days. Really lifesavers. Worth contacting them. Will definitely use again! Especially after I fix it up and sell it. They will do the closing for sure! A++++
