Very helpful in sending packages. Originally there was a problem with the returning of a trailer hitch (approximately 30 pounds) from Amazon. When I got to the store the front desk person knew exactly what was needed and handled the problem timely and professionally. Very pleased.

Website says open till 3pm on Saturday. I drive miles to the store and find it closed at 2pm. Sign on door says closed at 2pm. Employee, getting in her car, say 'Yes, I know about the discrepicency. But I can't do anything about it' I say, 'You could tell your boss!' Really not acceptable is this day and age. People rely on the web for info. If you know about the error, fix it!

I don't know the owner or employees of this store personally, so my review is strictly from experience in doing business here. I've never come during their posted business hours to find the store closed. However, had this been the case for me, before writing a bad review, I would've inquired about it. Does it occur to anyone that these people have lives as well? Maybe there was an emergency. People don't close their doors during working hours without good reason. I'm just saying, before judging and trying to hurt someone's business, know your facts. Customer service has always been top notch at this store. Everyone, including the owner, has always been pleasant, courteous, and empathetic, whether I'm on the phone, or doing business with them in person. I would not hesitate to do business again with this store. And if you're going to play the price card, keep in mind where this store is located. Resort towns are not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. Every single store, shop, gas station, restuarant, you name it up here, is expensive. Period! A note to the peeps at the ups store: keep up the good work. It's noticed.

While most independent owned ups stores are in my experience poorly run this one takes the cake. Pretty horrible service, the lady on the phone was rude, basically told me to shove it after they sent back a package to the warehouse because I didnt put a phone number. We spend 300k plus with ups. A little explanation besides we always tell people to put their numbers on the box.

First off, not many people like shipping, or Post Offices, or anything that has to do with 'Snail-Mail'; so I understand other people's frustration. With that said, as someone who receives 10 packages a week and also sends, scans, and prints on a weekly basis all through this store, they're impeccable.One time, they misplaced a package of mine (probably 1/2500) and found it within the hour, and got it to me within another. Try to find that anywhere else.Dave, Kathleen, Casey, and Tawny all know and do their job at a high standard, and they're not afraid to be fun, real people while they're at it.

The most rude, nasty customer service I have received in my 50+ years on this planet. Needed a single piece of tape for about $80 worth of shipments. Very abrupt woman pointed at the merchandise wall that included tape and said, 'Buy it yourself.' No apologies that they couldn't/wouldn't help. I explained that USPS would always provide tape if needed and she replied, 'Then why don't you take your boxes there?'So rather than ruin your day by dealing with these ungrateful 'business people', go straight to Mountain Postal Pack & Ship. Not only do they happily accept UPS and FedEx shipments, but they are right nextdoor to TV Donuts. Between both businesses you will soon forget about those other nasty people. See their other reviews - it's a very bad habit with that particular UPS Store.

Customer Service is horrible! The last time I used their services (7/19/18), the owner gave me a 10% discount since their online services is unfortunately out of order. I called them again today and once again, their online service is out of order. The workers informed me that it was UPS's fault and not theirs. Instead of making their client feel better, they were extremely rude and did not even apologize. I own my company and I have 6 offices. My staff are not rude. The owners need to educate their staff on Customer Service 101. I unfortunately had to use this store since it's closer to the person picking up the documents. I will make sure to NOT use them again in the near future.

Have tried to go here 2 days in a row during their posted hours and there is a sign in the for door saying they closed early. On the second day I tried to call several times to verify that they would be open but nobody answers.

The store hours are not accurate. They are only open from 10am-3pm on Saturdays. Need to print anything? Its $3 a page - for real! Also, if you pay for a box to get mail there and later move, they will never forward your mail. People are better off getting a box at USPS and if you need to print something, head to FedEx for reasonable prices.

RUDEST PEOPLE. I called last Monday morning to ask about shipping 66 pieces of Lenox China to Delaware. The man I spoke to, Casey, clearly was not interested in spending any time on the phone talking to me. I specifically asked him if I wrapped each piece individually would their business pack the pieces up and ship them. He answered yes. So, I spent over 4 hours wrapping each piece and went down to the UPS store at Stateline. Casey was there and without even saying hello or can I help you looked at the packages and said they could not be shipped if they were wrapped by me instead of them, and that they would have to rewrap each piece. When I reminded him of what he said on the phone, he became VERY hostile, glaring at me, and repeatedly asking what I wanted him to do. I asked to speak to the manager and he stomped away and a very unhappy poorly dressed woman came out of the back office. She too was immediately hostile and was not interested in hearing anything I had to say. She turned around to walk away after 10 seconds and when I said the customer service was bad, she responded 'F-off,' I could take my items to FedEx, and that if I did not leave the store she would have me arrested. Wow, these people need help. Take the time to go to FedEx over by Raley's where the employees are most courteous and professional. They took my packages and sent them to Delaware for less than half of what UPS would have charged.

I have had a private mail box at this store for 4 years. Even though I qualify for a free USPS PO Box, (which I tried) I choose to receive my mail here. Not only do I always get outstanding service by Bill and Sue, but their staff is equally as helpful and friendly. I am always greeted by name when I come into the store which makes me feel welcomed and not just a box holder. Additionally, I can access my mail box 24/7 with my special, private code. If I have a package to send, they are there to help me securely pack it, or at times I pack it myself, regardless I always get superior service! I have also used their FAX service as well as their shredding and copying service and do not find their fees unreasonable. They also forward my mail to me if I am out of town for an extended period of time. It's nice to have a 'one stop shop' available for all my mailing needs. As long as I am in Tahoe, I will be a box holder at the Stateline UPS Store!

Super easy mailing experience. Lady at the front was very pleasant. She discouraged the use of brown bags because every goes through machines now. She graciously retaped all the edges to make sure our package would reach its destination without issue.

Too bad. Needed something printed. Their website upload was broken so the helpdesk suggested I just email them the project. A 32 cent job turned into a 4.32 cent job for 4 printed black and white pages due to a inconvenient 'Convenience Fee'.
