The people here are super helpful a d post almost immediate answers to my questions. Best help I've had in a long time.

I came here from California to modified my divorce decree and the help desk was really helpful and helped me filled out my form.

Absolutely LOVE the lady in self help, with the white gloves!!! She isn't what I thought, despite the bad day, she assisted me, as well as mad me smile!!!

The workers that work the self help desk are amazing as far as proper information being provided, however; they could be friendlier.

Excellent Customer Service!!! The Clerk's are all very knowledgeable but do not offer legal advice. They do their Job very well!

I kept getting sent in circles because no one knew who i should be talking to

A place where you never want to end up.Life is tricky. We are talking about a law office. Yes it is very well managed.

The self-help is great for answering any question involving your case. They provide you with the proper paperwork, and help edit the forms before having you file them. It can be a long wait but, once you get called in, they help you and allow plenty of time for questions.

The staff is truly caring and very helpful.

I was able to take care of my family court needs. Pick up forms,File my documents and see judge if necessary!! Wait time can b lil lengthy depends or ur needs

The people hear were so help full and so understanding . They took their time was Very understanding.

Part of a new government program, made by welfare big wigs, to try and weed out who they think is worthy by unnatural selection. Welfare used to be a one stop shop for all the needy in America. Now it's being spread out building to building, making people walk, use bus stops, run, cry anything just to get help. Like WTF get some real human interaction instead of sitting behind a desk with your superior looking face off and see if you can walk in my shoes. Like do these woman know heels were made as a torture device for woman 'back in the day'. Did they know strippers made them even comfier and sexier than ever! #NoJoke them stiletto platform heels just as comfy as a Wedge heel.

No children are safe wit none of these places

This self-help center provided me with the tools that I needed to be my own attorney and I went pro se and got my two children out of adoption status the kids were placed back in the same home and then return back to me the state of Nevada was trying to terminate my parental rights and I won!

Receptionist takes a while to assist you but she did offer us waters and was polite. Consult went poorly, lawyer gave false information to me that I later found out was false through family courts self help.

You might encounter a big, unfeeling man at the main information desk. He has been there for too long and sits miserably handing out numbers, you will get very little help from him (if you work with people long enough, it does get to you, so try to be patient with him as well). If you're lucky and get the other staffers at the information desk, they will actually help you. If you don't know where to start and do not have the resources to pay for a lawyer, this is the place to be, but you have to be diligent. First of all, they have a website, visit the website first-lots of info that can save you a trip-it offers downloadable court forms and instructions . KEEP IN MIND, this is not a place for people who are just there to wait to be given the answer, the center- cannot offer legal advice, only guidance-also, forms are available here for free.ON THURSDAYS, they have actual lawyers, who volunteers to answer questions-not twenty questions about your case, but if you get stuck on process not how to begin the process, the center can help you with that, save the complicated questions for the volunteer lawyers. The Self-help center, also, partners with UNLV where they offer free classes for family related issues divorce, adult and juvenile guardianships-again for guidance not legal advice. They will tell you the processes from forms to filings up to the hearing-all for free. While in class write down notes and questions, because they will try to answer them after class if there is time. They will also provide you with info on getting legal counsel at a discount or even free, but it is income based. This place is a great resource. It doesn't replace legal counsel, but it is a good place to start if you are completely lost or if you just need a little help during your legal journey. They get five stars for being there for my family when we needed it!!!

These people who work here are so kind and helpful. I am so grateful for everything they have done. Cynthia is amazing and I didn't catch the name of the second lady that helped me.

Website was nice and easy

It's Court House so be prepared to go through a metal detector and take off your shoes.

The staff have always been pleasant. They are stuck in a hard place because all they can do is tell you to fill out documents and NEXT.

It is impossible to get them on the phone and once you do go in there and spend an hour waiting they are really willing to do much to help

I urge people to get a lawyer... self help leads to problems
