This review is easy to write because of the excellent service I received from Bianco Stroh LLC. It was evident from the beginning that this law firm takes pride in establishing relationships instead of one and done clients. One example is the bending over backwards of Attorney Bianco to accommodate my schedule by offering to meet with me on a Saturday. Let me be specific....to the best of my knowledge the firm isnt open on the weekend BUT he opened the practice because my schedule didnt allow meeting during the week. This small gesture spoke volumes about the caring, customer service, and accommodating nature of the law firm.Attorney Bianco is a cerebral guy, yet he doesnt have the typical Im smarter than you arrogance of most attorneys you may have heard about or encountered. The initial meeting was spent getting to know me and the reason for my visit. I never felt rushed nor did I feel as if he was running up the clock. The initial meeting and every correspondence thereafter was about meeting my needs and exceeding my expectations. Even when I forgot to return his emails and/or phone calls, and there were many, he continued to call and follow-up. Billing was as expected with no hidden costs or fees. I always received timely billing statements and smiled whenever there was a zero due. Why did I smile? Because this law firm doesnt nickel and dime their clients. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking for honesty, integrity, and professionalism in a law firm.

Bianco Stroh is an outstanding law firm. I have personally known Bill for many years and have interacted with him professionally on numerous occasions. Bill is intelligent, well-learned, civic-minded and extremely compassionate. In my opinion, his biggest strengths come from his commitment to families, small businesses and the Omaha community. He is also invested professionally, and contributes on a regular basis, to higher education, as a long-time educator in Business Law at Creighton University; and also has experience with international business law. When I think of Bianco Stroh, I think of competency and compassion. The Omaha community is fortunate to have this legal firm and Bill Bianco among its active business and civic leadership ranks.

Bill helped us with legal work when we established Sign-O-vation over two years ago. I called today to ask a question figuring I would need to leave a message and hope to get a call back. I was able to talk to him immediately and got my question answered. I was very impressed.

I have used Bill Bianco for several issues and highly recommend his services. I've used his services for a divorce, a car accident where I was injured, for a guardianship and for establishing power of attorney. Every time his experience and expertise have served me better then I had hoped. He cares about his clients concerns!

My experience with Bill Bianco was minimally acceptable. I never got the feeling he was fully committed to our case, in which my daughter was bit by a loose dog. On several occasions, I would ask direct questions via email and receive no answer. This is just completely unprofessional behavior. During our settlement negotiations, the insurance adjuster asked if we had looked into a scar revision surgery. Bill forwarded the question over to us, at which time we scheduled a consultation with a plastic surgeon. The plastic surgeon claimed the surgery would cost 10K. The settlement was increased by 10K immediately. Why on earth didn't Bill have us do this before being asked by the insurance adjuster? Thankfully we were working with a pretty noble insurance adjuster. If it wasn't for the insurance adjuster, I am certain Bill wouldn't have had us look into scar revision surgery. Unfortunately, the letter the doctor wrote was very unprofessional. It was a non-formatted single paragraph letter without a letterhead or a doctor's signature. In hindsight, I should have questioned it. Bill did send the letter back to the doctor for a signature, but he should have probably questioned the quality of the letter as well given its overall lack of information. This is what I would expect from any advisor charging THOUSANDS of dollars for his or her expertise. The surgery quote was less than half of what it cost in reality. The surgery had no complications. There is no doubt in my mind the doctor just threw something together and never actually called the hospital and anesthesiologist to get actual quotes. With the prices lawyers demand, I expect them to be thorough and expertly guide people through the process. While we did get through the process, I believe Bill Bianco probably cost my daughter at least 10K in her personal injury lawsuit. I would never use Bill Bianco in the future, and would not recommend him. I am giving him 2 stars because we did actually get some kind of resolution. I am sure I could have had a worse experience.

We received a great deal of value from working with Bill Bianco, JD, of Bianco Stroh Law as we were setting up our non profit. Mr. Bianco and his staff gave us personal attention and timely, expert advice.

I used Mr. Bianco's services on a case where a homeowner tried to get by on not paying for services when I did a deck for him. It went to trial and despite the homeowner getting a expert to go against me, Mr. Blanco pretty much took care of him in trial. It was pretty awesome to witness in action, and have somebody have my back! I'd recommend him, because he is a excellent laywer.

Bill has advised, consulted, and guided me on several legal and business issues. He has been ever the professional but not at the expense of being personal. From business establishment to divorce to business partner issues to IRS lobbying, he has, every time, steered me in the right direction. I'm a true believer in 'you can pay me now or pay me later' to get the job done correctly. It's unwise to pay too much but just plain stupid to pay too little.

Fist let me start by saying in retained Mr. Bianco to represent me in my divorce case after my temporary hearing only because my original attorney wanted too large of a trail retainer. So keep in mind I was already set for trail at the time I retained Mr. Bianco but we did have a couple of months to work with and he ensured me that we had more than enough time, in the beginning he talked a very good game with different strategies and approaches we could take to get me the custody and parenting time that I wanted, if my ex wasnt willing to agree but at the end of the day he was very quick to try to get me settle on every issue that we had. Usually when you settle on things its like a compromise like: (Ill settle on this issue if I can get up to 50% parenting time) but wanted to settle on things where I got nothing out of it. The parenting time and custody I had stayed the same, he did absolutely nothing to even try to get me more parenting time even though my ex agreed I should have more parenting time and I have several emails and text messages to confirm this and it was part of the reason why I settled on a school issue we had, but with just one day before court Mr. Bianco and myself were still working out the terms for which I would agree to settle on after this discussion Mr. Bianco said he would contact opposing counsel and call me back but I didnt hear from Mr. Bianco until 8:30am the day of court and we had court scheduled at 9:00am, he show up to Court around 8:50am giving me very little time to review and read the decree and parenting plan I was to sign and at the time informed me that the know didnt want to agree on the 50% split on parenting time and this is right before court was to start . Knowing we were not prepared for trail on any issue, which is not a good feeling. I felt forced into settling because at that point I had nothing prepared to even try to prove my case with the issues I did have. After I had time to fully review they decree and parenting plan I informed Mr. Bianco of the issues that I had and his response was pretty much was he didnt want to take any of these issues to the judge, in fact he told me he didnt believe we could change anything which tells me he didnt know and didnt even feel like finding out or her was just flat out lying and both are pretty bad considering how much money I spent for this service. Mr. Bianco also misadvised that whatever I spent on my childrens health insurance premium would be deducted from child support at that exact dollar amount and that wasnt the wasnt at all the case. There was also some time sensitive issues that I expressed to Mr. Bianco needed to be taken care of before trail that did not because of Mr. Bianco lackadaisical approach. I feel like you pay an attorney for a service, they have more knowledge and experience and should be able to help a lot more than if you were to go at it alone, at the end of day I feel like I gained nothing from hiring Mr. Bianco and would have ended with the same deals representing myself.
