Law firms should be professional with anyone who calls, not just with the clients who pay them for their services. As a legal assistant to my boyfriend, I witnessed this lawyers slow response time firsthand last year. I called recently to ask brief, specific questions, and the receptionist was consistently rude. When I checked a year ago, there were no reviews despite the long career of this attorney. I hypothesize that these reviews are wiped frequently, as there are so few of them.

We have worked with Tom Orr and his firm for many years. They are knowledgeable, effective, and straight forward. I have every confidence referring people to Tom and often ask for his thoughts regarding complex issues.

This office is representing an opposing party to me. Case has been dragged out and it was months to get responses. However, we settled (finally) and they were not totally unreasonable.

One of Missoula worst 'lawyers'. If you can even call him one. More like an overpaid email secretary. Save your money and find a better lawyer. Badeep badeep that's all folks...
