I CANNOT recommend this law firm!!! Recently, my wife had the displeasure of doing business with this law firm. The telephonic consultation resulted in a lot of stalling for time to review our file, despite it being sent in advance, and most importantly, she received erroneous information which resulted in having to resubmit her legal paperwork to the courthouse and having her humiliation exposed to the opposing attorney. She wrote a letter of complaint to Mr. P. Mars Scott and his response was even more insulting. He said that after a review of our meeting and after speaking with his attorney, he felt 'confident that the representation (she) received was both accurate and professional, yet is clear from your letter that you are not satisfied. I hope you find satisfaction with your present consulting attorney.' Needless to say, spoken like a true lawyer -- deny everything. My advice to you -- run far away from Montana Legal Advisors. Based on our experience with his attorney, I believe you too will 'not be satisfied'.The law firm we eventually found and went with charges a FRACTION of this firm's price and has been EXTREMELY helpful in helping us to navigate the legal system in dealing with our particular matter.

Their 'services' would be laughably bad had it not cost me money, time and standing in front of the opposition and the Court. My petition was sent back to me as their attorney stated absolutely my claim did not require the necessary court fee. She was dead wrong. I wrote them a complaint letter (specifically to their associated ownership) and rather shockingly they stood by their attorney and the wrong advice I received. The same attorney also failed to notice other mistakes on my petition, concerning available court dates (there are prescribed waiting times, which she failed to notice and/or advise me of). These people stand by their mistakes...not their clients/customers. Wasted time and money. Look elsewhere for good advice...they are out there, but just not here at this place.
