My husband and I went to see Michael to inquire about filing a joint Chapter-7 Bankruptcy. The details of our bankruptcy were extremely complicated. And after several, very supportive, as well as thorough, and educating conversations with Michael, he decided that it was in our best interest for me to file a Chapter-7 by myself.Michael was a great listener, and genuinely cared about our lives, and our well being. This attorney is a thief he said he would help me took my money and has never done a thing. I have tried to get ahold of him to either have my case worked out or my money back and Michael or his wife act as he has never meet me. I recommend that you find a better attorney.

I retained Michael and his staff to help me with a fairly serious traffic offense. Michael and his staff met with me immediately the evening I called his office; they came to my house in a snow storm and picked me up and brought me to their office, and upon completion that evening with the first consultation they returned me back to my home. During that first consultation, we discussed my situation. He provided several options in how to address my needs. Once we established the best route to take meeting my goals, he and his staff handled everything and I was completely satisfied with the final results. Michael is professional, caring, and very friendly. If more attorneys had Michael's personal approach to helping their clients, attorneys wouldn't have the reputation of being cold and only worried about making a dollar! His fees were extremely fair.I would have no hesitation to retain him in the future for legal assistance.

I came to Michael for some help with a parenting plan. I should have gone with my instinct on this one after stepping foot in his 'office.'It was difficult to ever get a call, email, or even text message from him. Had an appointment and showed up with no one there. None of my calls were answered. When I called the next day, his fiance said she forgot to call and reschedule me, but was busy and would call me back. Never did. I had to call again the next day. He even accused me of having his email wrong because he 'never' got anything from me, when in fact he was searching for my email wrong in his inbox (did he even read them to begin with?). I also dropped off paperwork he needed about 10 days before the deadline he gave me. He called the day before the deadline in a panic saying I never got him that paperwork and we needed to go through it that evening. On such a short notice I wasn't able to meet in the next few hours... Again, clearly unorganized and I felt my case was on the back burner. Every time I met with him it was as if I had to explain everything over again. He couldn't remember any of the details about my case. Maybe he was too busy with other cases, but could have said so and I would have not bothered him with mine. When it came time for mediation, all of the things we discussed that I felt necessary and important for the parenting plan were pushed aside. He didn't represent me at all - or best interests for my daughter. I felt pressured to sign the papers when he kept repeating, 'Just sign them today because you'll spend thousands of more dollars to get the same thing from the courts.' Which may be true, but clearly wanted my case to be done and off his plate. I was so upset. As I was about to leave he told me I had about $1,300 more to be billed to me after the mediation but he wouldn't charge me if I told everyone what a great job he did. Don't waste your time or money. In an already emotional and stressful circumstance, this lawyer does not help make the process any easier.

He is soft spoken and empathetic, yet in the court room he had incredible presence and it was plain he is respected in court. I highly recommend him for defense if you are looking for an attorney who is honest with the utmost integrity. In fact I've already recommended him to a co-worker. His fees were very reasonable.

Rude, unsympathetic, inconsiderate, selfish, no communication or replies whatsoever... by phone, text or emails. I was in a state of emergency, very worried and anxious; and in extreme emotional distress. I was served with papers by a sheriff and threats of account garnishment... I had no clue what to do; and for 2 weeks or maybe more, I BEGGED for a reply and help...NOTHING at all!! That is a VERY rude and inconsiderate act by a human being that is in a helping profession and who advertises to being one who helps others!

Horrible, waste of money crook. He didn't represent me at all when it was time for the trail in court, he let the other party just talk and take over the courtroom. His office is a house where his family lives in and there were cats crawling all over, I should've gone with my gut instincts at the beginning.
