I wasted months trying to get 'Disability Rights' assistance. They were not the least bit interested in assisting me with any of the services they promote. I went through their 'grievance process' and it was even worse. Truly an awful representation of the rights people living with disabilities have, as they are nothing more than a law firm that somehow gets public grants and funding. Very misleading organization and I wish that I never would have bothered contacting them as they only made my problems worse.

I sought representative assistance and was given a part-time employee who wasn't interested in meeting with me, seeing any documents concerning my issue, or in doing more than relaying messages. I feel like I would have been better served to not have involved Disability Rights Montana, the persistent problem remains unresolved with months lost. I would not recommend them to anyone without exception.
