We were new to the Bitterroot Valley in September 2018. On arrival we wanted to update and make changes to our Living Trust. We asked some locals including our real estate agent for recommendations seeking a lawyer to help us and the name Scott McLean came up a couple of times. We met Scott and immediately took a liking to his energy, knowledge and obvious experiences in life, politics, and devotion to us, his new clients. We handed Scott our Living Trust, a 4' thick 3-ring binder full of legalese mumbo-jumbo and of course All of our intimate deep dark secrets and personal information, but we trusted him to help, guide and direct us in the changes we wanted to make.Within days Scott called us in, walked us through the documentation, had sticky notes and instructions on how to change, correct, or confirm information or direction of our estate on several pages. With those instructions we went forth to meet with all of the government and financial institutions we needed and within days our Living Trust was Iron-Clad and we felt a huge sense of relief and comfort knowing in our passing our wishes would be met, our estate would be passed on with very little conflict or effort to our daughter, family and friends.
