Would Highly recommend! She helped me through my case that had its fair share of complications, and was always there to answer any questions. As well as saving me from paying thousands in restitution. I was expecting at least 10 days of jail time, but Emma was able to have it reduced to under 24 hours. She was extremely professional, yet down to earth and very understanding of my situation.

I found Emma on a Google search and liked what I read about her on her site as well as her reviews. I was impressed when she personally answered her phone when I reached out for my son on his divorce case. I was struck by her compassion on my only meeting with her and felt confident my son was in good hands. She handled his case professionally and with a caring for the client that is rare in an attorney. Thank you Emma you did a great job.

I have not had the best experience with lawyers or the legal system in general, that changed when I hired Emma, I was falsely accused of a crime and with little to no help from me and with only one court appearance Emma got my case dismissed and got me my freedom, there arnt enough stars to show how great she is

I contacted Emma Buescher as a tenant with a landlord issue. This wasn't her usual area of practice but she was willing to take on my case and only asked for patience with navigating some of the laws she wasn't as familiar with. She was very clear and upfront with her billing and costs. She really listened to me and gave me options and helped to guide me on what would be the most beneficial for my situation. She kept me updated (on my case and billing costs), always returned calls and emails promptly. She was kind, compassionate, straightforward and never wasted time. She was thorough in checking the state statutes, similar cases, etc. and made sure we had every angle covered. Emma was successful in recovering all of my damages costs and attorneys fees for me. Her negotiation skills saved me the headache of having to take my case to trial. I really appreciate all her efforts and would highly recommend her!
