Mark and his partner Jennifer were amazing representation. They were always quick to respond to emails and text messages. When I needed my paperwork drawn up quickly they had a 2 day turn around which was AMAZING. The absolute best attorney you could ask for. He handled my case very well. Im from out of state and needed an attorney to handle a child support case. Communication was great. Very responsive to texts, emails and calls. He even got a horrible unprofessional attorney to act right. That in itself was a miracle. Mark did a great job for me, he told me like it was and could not guarantee me anything, This is what I needed. Had me scared in the beginning but never let me down always told me what needed to be done and followed thru with it. Had set price and never changed, this is what I liked about it. I had a well known lawyer Firm 15 years ago charged by the hour and cost me an arm and leg that didn't help me out any. If you need a lawyer this is the guy to go to. Mark is an incredible attorney in my recent divorce case. On top of being extremely efficient, qualified and eager to do what ever it takes to get you the best deal/outcome possible for your situation, I particularly liked the fact that he was always on top, answering emails or phone calls immediately and that he is also very straight forward, unlike most attorneys in his field. He will never give you false hopes or claim he can do x or y to get more money from you, exactly the opposite, actually, what you see is what you get. I would expect an attorney of his caliber to charge a lot of money for his services, based on his success rate and efficiency, however, he doesn't. His costs are very reasonable, and, like I said, very straight forward from the beginning, so no hidden fees, or I told you this but really was going to cost you that, etc etc. I would definitively recommend him to anyone in a tough divorce case, specially when the other party has plenty of resources and most likely has already hired an expensive lawyer that is going to come after you very aggressively. Mark does not get intimidated, he will fight for you and you will get a positive outcome, at least that was my recent experience.

Worst attorney I have ever worked with. Was not prepared, was taken back when 20 year old did not want parents in courtroom. He had no idea what questions to ask him. We went over this several times and even had a folder marked questions for child he ignored every concern we had even presented the wrong figure for income? There were a lot of mistakes in the final doc. and he refused to have them reviewed and changed, even the date the judge signed the document. We contacted the court and finally got the date changed. Told us not to show at pre-trial and when we did, he was hateful, disrespectful and argued with us. We simply asked what the game plan was? This was also done in front of opposing counsel and client. He was so arrogant, he let it get in the way of doing his job!

Mark is an awesome attorney. Very professional and never leaves you in the dark with what's going on. Very upfront and doesnt sugar cost anything so you know what's on store. I appreciate everything he has done for me and my family and would most definitely go to him again if need be.

Even though I couldn't meet him in his office we communicated via phone & email and I could send documents back and forth with no problem.Mark was great about explaining everything. For me, it's the unknown that's the hard part and he kept me up-to-date on everything. He explained each part of the process, gave me options for things we came up against and made me feel like he was actively working on my case. He was (of course) but I know sometimes communication with your attorney isn't as good as you'd like.Which brings me to his fee structure. Mark charges a flat fee for his work depending on the complexity of the case. That alone helped reduce my stress considerably. I never had the fear of wanting to call my attorney with a question but worrying how much that call would cost me. There were times I wanted to call him just because I was worried about something. No problem - he always replied quickly to calls & email.Like I said, I live in Texas now and he handled everything for me remotely. My only regret is that I couldn't thank him in person.

I retained Mark as my attorney in my divorce proceedings. It wasn't the cleanest split and involved a special needs child. Although Mark was not well educated with my child's needs he took time to question me to have a solid understanding in order to obtain the best outcome possible. He is very candid on what to expect, was always well prepared for court, as well as took the time to prep me, since I was unfamiliar with court proceedings. I was quite happy with the settlement reached as well as his no hidden cost or by the hour fees that other attorneys I spoke with had. He keeps it real, makes you realize when you are reacting on emotions rather that common sense reasoning, and reminds you there are no 'winners' in divorces; although, I felt like a winner and very well represented in the end.
