I can give this attorney high ratings with raving reviews!!! On my first meeting and appointment with Ms Arnold, she displayed high level of honesty. Looking at my case, there were some things that she could not do for me because if she presented it to the judge, it would be a presentation of dishonesty and her words, I will not take a case and present it to the judge if I feel there is something that can appear or appears to me to be dishonest. Circumstances for my case changed drastically and I went to another appointment with Ms Arnold. This time she gladly took my case. Ms Arnold does not make promises or give false hope. She tells you exactly how things are and gives you options for the best decisions. She is accessible. She is prompt in returning calls and meeting deadlines. She is very thorough. She puts in the hours to cover every aspect of the case. She has a wide array of resources to assist in getting the case perfect for court. She worked with me directly. I did not have to depend on a third person to give/relay messages. I can not imagine any legal situation without Ms Arnold representing me.

Rude not responsive she also didn't show to a court date I represented myself said date was canceled judge informed me it was never cancelled she tells me she let other party know but failed to tell me she tried to cancel a court date. Does not respond to e mails or calls like she should I had to call off a different number one time to get in tough with her. Does not give contract of her fees before you pay upfront for legal services. Always seemed as she didn't want to answer questions and was very rude and unprofessional at everything handling my case. Took 2 years to finalize my case she didn't handle orders timely which led to me loosing money. I do not recommend using her.

first of all i didnt know that attorneys could steal from customers.cecelia arnold is a fake does not communicate with us about the case at all, does not answer calls or texts.when she did and if she did will lie about our case .that she was on it but is a lie.
