Christine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which kept my stress level down during my divorce. Considering Ive never met her and live four states away, I felt very comfortable with her and trusted her to guide me through the process in Minnesota. She kept in constant contact with me and her communications were informational and helpful. She was always available for a phone call if I had questions and I felt like I truly had an advocate for my interests in the divorce. While I hate that I had to go through this, Im very happy that I found Christine and had her representation throughout the entire proceeding. I would highly recommend her.

Words cannot even express the gratitude that I feel for Christine and what she has done for my family. My ex-wife moved out of state and wanted to take our children and wanted sole custody. After getting a biased custody evaluation through Hennepin county that sided with my ex, Christine helped me fight this injustice. She was incredibly strategic and was able to guide me through this stressful process with grace. I always knew I could trust her to know the law and respond accordingly. She cuts through the emotions and focuses on the law (unlike my ex's lawyer who wanted to drag this out for a paycheck). Don't get me wrong, this was a very expensive process but Christine was always fair in her charges. I am happy to say that the custody evaluation WAS seen as flawed and my children stayed with me in Minnesota. I cannot recommend her enough to fight for your rights as a parent, while making sure to take the high road and help you to stay calm in one of the most stressful situations you can go through in life!

I would highly recommend Christine for divorce. She isn't an attorney looking to gauge your pocket book and suck you dry. She is extremely fair and bills accordingly. She is also willing to execute your strategy. She works for you and doesn't make you feel like you work for her. I've dealt with many different types of attorneys and she has been by far someone who actually cares about you. She is fair in all all respects. Communication is also very good and responds very quickly. This is important because when your going through a divorce it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. She is there to answer all your questions and put you at ease. Word of advice to all couples going through a divorce. Take your ego out of it and listen to your attorney. Your going to have compromise with your ex partner during a divorce to get it finalized. Its something you both probably didn't do enough of during your marriage that brought you to this point. Swallow your pride and move on. My divorce was finalized in 3 weeks with a child involved thanks to Christine.

I was extremely disappointed with the services I received during my divorce process. We were not successful with the Early Neutral process and decided to try other avenues. Ms Callahan then reached out to me to see if I had copies of the documents that were worked on in the Early Neutral. She had not followed up and received these documents even though they were promised would be shared with our legal counsel. When she did reach out to get these, we were told we could not obtain them as they were confidential documents. After much persistence, we were able to obtain some of the documents that had been worked on but never received all of them. After deciding to pursue other legal counsel, Ms Callahan sent my new attorney and I a link to ALL of her employee files and ALL of her computer files in addition to my records. I found this extremely concerning and asked if all of her clients would be notified of the breach of confidential information. She spoke with the Minnesota Attorney Ethics Board and the Malpractice Attorney Advisors and was advised that she did not have to alert her clients of this breach.
