I paid him a $1500 retainer for a legal separation where me and my husband were in agreement ( no arguments or fighting) we got a court date the same week I canceled the separation filing he claimed he had worked 9 hours on my case, doing what I don't know but he only refunded me $155. I am glad things worked out for me and my husband but this man and his practice is not right, then asked me to refer him, right.

Out of 3 attorneys, Bill called me back and took my divorce case. He was very thorough and to the point. Most communication was by email, which was great. I had filed 7/3/17 and was final 12/4/17. Thanks Bill.

Awesome. I got ahold of him in January and explained my (extremely) messed up situation. Bill talked with me for about 2 hours on the phone before even mentioning money and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through every aspect of my case and would answer calls on weekends, and even on holidays. Hes a very good lawyer and Id recommend him to anyone needing the services he offers. In my opinion he goes above and beyond what most lawyers do, and thats a rare quality these days.

He is really busy and it is my opinion he should have more staff. But I will say he is the only attorney I have ever had that freely gives out his cell phone and will actually answer on weekends (especially if you are a new client). However, he made mistakes that an attorney of his skill should never had made. He actually messed up through clerical error and being too busy to proof read his motions that after several years, I realized (thanks to the Friend of the Court bringing it to my attention) I had been paying the support amount for two children instead of one. In fact, when the child turned 18, I had to motion the court myself for it to stop or I would be paying for a child that did not even live with my ex-wife!
