I spoke with tim Smith about a snowmobiling accident I was involved in ...he was extremely helpful and caring about the situation. Very knowledgeable about the township it happened in. And very knowledgeable about the laws and right I have as a person... He directed me In the right decision and information I needed to proceed with this situation without any fees...Tim took his time and I didnt feel rushed like I did with other firms that I attempted to get help from befor I was refered to his office..... Very good man . I would have no second thought on hiring Tim if I ever need the representation of a lawyer ... I look forward to talking with him after my court case and informing him of whatbhe has done for me ...Would for sure send anyone I know to him for Michigan law representation hands down...Thanks Tim For ur help.

The so called attorney that called me back was to busy to listen. Before I spoke 10 words he said, 'I'm an attorney what am I suppose to do'? Well moron hear the rest of the story before you throw me under the bus like my doctor did. Found another firm who is suing my doctor. For abandonment.

In my opinionFraudulent!! And very, very MEAN in my experience, as I have now been threatened to be sued for defamation for this review! (I just received the letter today!) I have requested several times to be sent a comprehensive invoice detailing all charges for my debt that has now been paid in full. I have yet to receive anything. When I receive the requested document I will update my review.Hopefully I am protected from bully lawyers by Michigan Law!(Found this on Michigan Defamation Law website) 'In Michigan, Unlike in many other states, defamation regarding one's business or profession is not defamation per se in Michigan. See George v. Senate Democratic Fund, 2005 WL 102717 (Mich. Ct. App. 2005); Pierson v. Ahern, 2005 WL 1685103 (Mich. Ct. App. 2005).'
