Lori was hired by myself and my ex wife to do a QDRO (split 401k money). She charged us over $1,000. She did not know how. She screwed it up so badly that she got my 401k account locked for 3 years! So my ex didnt get her half of my 401k and I couldnt access the account either. When we asked her to fix it, she got nasty. She advised me to go seek another attorney, because she didnt think it could be fixed. I did, and he fixed Loris mistakes in less than 2 months. However, I had to pay him too. Lori Schmeltzer is completely incompetent, find yourself another attorney.
