Lets face it, family court is the worst place in the world if you have children. Jeff in my opinion is a rare breed with family law lawyers. He is honest, has a good knowledge of the judges, fair with his billing and is upfront with his assessment concerning how far you should go before burying yourself in legal fees. Hes aggressive when you need him to be but brings you back to reality when emotions run high.

EXCEPTIONALLY COMPETENT. My wife and I were afraid I would end up in prison for 4 years. It was serious. It was so serious I hired and fired 2 previous 'Super Lawyers' during the process towards trial. Jeff made sure I didn't even have to go to trial - even though it cost him - since he would have made far more money if my case had gone to trial. The other 2 attorneys took advantage of me and robbed me of $20,000 for hardly doing anything, and the case still needed even more time and effort. Jeff outperformed those two gougers, who would have most likely ended me up in prison. Jeff returned my initial call ON A SUNDAY. Get everything in writing, keep your own extremely detailed logs any phone calls, purpose, results, documents, emails, arrival/departure times, keep all documents, and keep super close eye on the time your are billed for. Being sued by this lawyer 6 years later, just months before end of statue of limitations for 3 times the agreed fees. Bill stayed low until last month, added $1800 and nothing happened except a 20 minute dismissal.
