I have know Mike for over 30 years. As a retired Police officer, I was normally on the other side of the fence from him. However, he always conducted himself with integrity, so even though we 'fought' in court, I always had utmost respect for him. That said, I am so blessed to have friends like Michael Benedict and Nicole Winston. I am very careful who I endorse, but if you every need an attorney in St. Clair County, you cant go wrong with either of these two. They each have specialties, and one will recommend the other if it is in your best interest. I stand behind these guys. These days you really have to be careful who you call your friends, I know this all to well. I have sent family members to both attorneys, and they always do the right thing. They are honest and have integrity. Thanks Mike and Nicole.

Handled my case very poorly. I had little time to discuss the case with him and he went about it in the wrong ways. I highly recommend not using him as your attorney.
