Having not been in legal trouble in my life I wasn't sure what to expect. I honestly found him through these reviews and John is easily as good or better than all his reviews! Not only is he very confident and knowledgeable of those within the court, he did everything he could and got me the very best possible outcome for me! His price is very reasonable. Given the legal situation of my case he even helped me with that; which he did not have to! Plus his staff and office are friendly, and he says things as they are and helps so you understand. I was in the market for an attorney when I came across John. He was reasonably priced, confident and competent. My case did not end how I had hoped (charges were not dropped) however, John got me a deferment deal so nothing remains on my record.In the process of said deferment, I ran into issues surrounding my court ordered anger management classes. Probation was telling me it had to be the program they recommend, however attending would cost me the 3rd job since this started - some 6 months ago. I called John, he was able to get it taken care of in a few days, so I can now attend much closer to home, and hold onto my job. John is a busy man, I reccomend him. I also recommend you stay in contact and provide him the information he will need to help you and follow through. It was looking like I was not going to be able to complete my deferred probation, and maintain a semi healthy life holding a job were I could continue paying my bills due to schelduling conflicts and court ordered obligations. I am now back on tract and ready for this to be over in 3 short months. Thanks John. - Michael Estep

John Homola was absolutely wonderful to work with! Not only was he extremely helpful and professional but, he went above and beyond to make sure I was always in the loop with my court case and always offered great advice. His prices were the best in Shiawassee County and I always felt like he genuinely cared about my case as well as me personally. My case was difficult and he worked extremely hard to make sure I got a good outcome. As much as I hope I do not have to hire a lawyer again, I would hire him in a heartbeat.

Did bare minimum and I felt he didn't listen to us. His office staff was also not helpful and gave us incorrect information about court proceedings. You get what you pay for! Lesson learned. I will hire a quality attorney in the future who talks to the client and and isn't fact checking at the pre-trial. He took the other side as the truth. Not professional at all.
