I hired Christina for my divorce and child custody and from the very first conversation with her, I was convinced she was the attorney I wanted to represent me. She was very compassionate and genuinely concerned about the safety and well being of my two children. I reached out to Ms Hills in 2017-18 due to my son's father seeking full custody. I researched and looked at all her reviews and was very impressed. Once I met with her, I felt she was very empathetic and understanding to my situation. I retained her and started the process of fighting for my son. Over time, the court dates were stressful and confusing while going not exactly as I imagined. As my son's father kept lying and changing things up. A year ago, Deep into my case, I felt I was doing a lot of guessing and not getting enough of notification on my case. I was looking for an plan. I made an appt to meet with her to go over my frustrations and once again, she listened and was very apologetic. She stated, if I sought out a 2nd opinion, she would understand and gladly give information on my case to help. Once I met with a 2nd opinion, I felt I really needed to sit with her once again to make my final decision. This time, she was taking charge and was on the same page with me. Today, She is still fighting for my case. It has changed up a lot and Christina and Jill have been nothing less than amazing! I am always notified and Christina is on my issues quickly to getting answers. Not always the answers I was hoping to hear but she keeps me informed. I would definitely recommend Christina's services to anyone. She knows how to serve you. My advice, be upfront with her and don't hold back with any expectations you may have. She will get the job done with professionalism and by the TRUTH!! I had a consultation with Christina Hill and decided to retain her but having heard of a couple horror stories I decided to get a second opinion of my case. I then reached out to Christina's secretary about the policy on refunds regarding retention amount. She told me that I was able to get a full refund and I let her know after my second consult I would decide on what I wanted to do. Not even a couple minutes after that phone call I get a call from Christina, not only did she have an attitude about the whole situation she basically told me that she went ahead and charged me for what I owed her and refunded my money. I get the charges in the mail and not only did she charge me for the 'free consultation' but that phone call she gave me about giving me a refund. Funny on the day of meeting with her she told me this meeting would be free, now her secretary is telling me the first thirty mins are and not the rest. Watch out for this law office

I scheduled an appointment (our first meeting) for 11am by 3:30 that afternoon we had seen 2 different judges and all but a parking ticket charge was dismissed. Where to begin. Hmmmm my appointment was at 2. I arrived at 1:45 and the building itself was beautiful, however on the inside everything was super dusty. The carpets were old. No maintenance done in a very long time. No real organization. Seemed strange for a law firm. Christina walked by me and never said a word. 10 minutes later she came back with soda and her umbrella as if my time wasnt valuable. She came back out of her office and called me in. I was shocked that was her. Why did she let me sit there until 2:20. SMH anyhoo, I told her my story and she told me what I already knew. We shook hands and I wiped that one from my mind. I mean, I didnt seem to be important. If I hired her how would she treat me. Not professional at all. How could anyone get anything done with 4 inches of dust on everything. Gross.

Outstanding service. I retained Christina for a divorce. From the first phone call to the office to make an appointment, all the way through the end of the case, very satisfied with Christina's performance. I would not hesitate to recommend Christina to anyone needing an attorney. Jill, the paralegal, was also amazing, quick to respond to any question or concern, even dumb questions I had. I was obviously not her only client, but they always made me feel like I was their highest priority. Very professional, understanding, thorough, transparent and honest. Christina was great at leading me through the process, and did a fine job of helping me to manage my expectations. There were a few points during the process, where Christina really could have racked up a ton of billable hours, but was honest enough with me to show that the juice really wasn't going to be worth the squeeze, for me. She showed me that there were a few places that I could make demands, and things I would be able to win, she drew everything out for me in clear black and white terms. Christina's advice was to go ahead and just split things up in a way that would leave both parties whole, with no battling in the courtroom, which was ultimately what I wanted. She could have led me down a path to paying her thousands of dollars over the course of several months. In the end, everything Christina said, turned out to be spot on. I also thought it was nice that they sent me a statement each month, laying out what she had done, what each thing cost me, and how much of my retainer was left over. Once everything was done, they cut me a check for the left over amount. I am still shocked a bit at the level of service I received, considering how affordable she was. I could not be happier with the choice I made to hire her. They also happen to be in an amazing old victorian style house turned office building in downtown Monroe, that part really doesn't mean much, outside of the fact that it is a really cool building... Just save yourself the time of searching for a lawyer and worrying about hiring a sleazy creep, Call Jill and you will won't be disappointed. - Dave

Ms. Hills was supposed to represent my granddaughters instead she destroyed their family. She allowed to have the three sisters split up. One got a broken arm in foster care. It was not investigated and she allowed the foster mom to adopt them.Their new uncle is a paroled murderer. He killed Mrs. Hilja Jagoka in Monroe in 1996. They are malnourished but Ms. Hills does not care. She has never been to their home to check the refrigerator or what kind of conditions they are living in. Please do not hire her.
