After a serious fall my 96 year old Mom decided she no longer wanted to handle any part of her financial life. I quickly learned I didn't possess the necessary legal documents to take the reins. I live out of town, but felt a local lawyer would be best. I hired Philip Navarre because of his experience, knowledge and long standing presence in the community. Philip and his entire staff were efficient, kind and patient with my countless questions and concerns. The documents needed were prepared and executed in a timely manner. The $1,000 cost was expensive for my budget, but since Mom was unable to travel Philip had to go to her. Overall a positive experience.

Over 10 yrs working with Navarre any time a nasty ex shows their true colors, haven't been disappointed yet!!! Do not hire Philip Navarre. He will take your money and have ZERO contact with you, then charge more at the end. We hired him in June 2018 for a court date in October 2018. During this time, we had no communication with him. He failed to send us documents pertinent to the case. We had to ask him for them a week before court and found out the opposing attorney sent them to him months prior. He is not strong in defense. He does not come prepared or well posed. He pauses, stutters, repeats himself, rambles and, in my case, considered nothing I discussed with him in the scheme of fighting for me.In 4 months, I received 2 emails, had one phone call abour the missing documents, one phone call about how the hearing went (civil case) and then received a letter saying he wants $250 more (already paid him $4000). His contract calls for $20 per month late fee and 7% interest if not paid. You would just as well, if not better, representing yourself. Philip Navarre is not a good attorney.

Worst Lawyer ever, In Feb my mother passed away and we hired Philip Navarre to help with her financial records and name changes on material because my Father was still alive and we need the name changed over to him. He asked for $1,000 dollars up front and has done nothing at all to help us, won't even return our phone calls, here we are now 8 months later and we have had to take care of it all and are still working on some of it because he did nothing to help and we can not afford to hire another attorney. Please do not hire this man, you might as well throw your money out the window..
