Seemed knowledgeable at our first meeting for my husbands bankruptcy. Talked me into filing jointly depsite having NO negative debts and near perfect credit. Also advised us to make moves prior to filing that he later would tell us was too shady for him to now fix thus eliminating many options for us when we came upon hard times. After filing and paying him in full we could barely get any response to questions, rarely answered emails or put anything in writing, basically felt like he deserted us after filing BR. Later switched to have another firm handle our case and they told me I never needed to file BR in the first place! They had concerns regarding how my case was handled by Hogan. New attn was able to get me a discharge in a few months! We are still receiving bills from his office that were paid in the BR (confirmed by BR courts). Do your research! Do NOT let him rush you into filing until you have talked to several attorneys! Look at Hogans reviews on yellow pages; all one star! He cost us thousands to fix his errors and years or rebuilding credit that did not need to be destroyed. If you go with him, get everything in writing in detail as to what he will provide, when, how he will respond to emails, etc...How to get money back if he does not provide his services. You can file a Grievance with the BR court if you have been wronged by this office.

Excellent attorney! Very happy with my estate plan, will, trust. Easy, convenient access, especially for my handicapped mother. No need to go all the way downtown and try to find parking!

If you have extra money to throw down the drain hire this attorney. He does absolutely nothing. He will make you seem like a top priority at the initial consultation, then he will take your money for a retainer and do nothing for the next 30 days. When you attempt to ask him what he has done he will dodge the questions. You will eventually give up and do everything yourself that you hired him to do. I wish I was smart enough to read his reviews prior to hiring him. He was recommended through a real estate agent. A quick google search could have saved me thousands. Please learn from all these reviews!!!!

Worst experience ever. He said something that didn't sound right so I googled this office and found out they have a D+ on the BBB. Avoid this lawyer and wasting your money to get nothing accomplished.
