I am extremely disappointed in Tracie Tomak. I referred Tracie to someone about a child custody issue. She did nothing but take our money for 2 years. She was running for judge when she was supposed to be representing my boyfriend in his custody case. We have proof that she didn't even try to help us or fight for us at all. We never once got a chance to represent our case or defend ourselves in court. She even allowed hie exe's new husband to be in the same room during mediation when he was told by her that I could not be there. When we thought we were finally going to have a chance to fight for ourselves in court, we were put in a little room and told to accept what was offered. I was told to get ahold of myself and control my emotions when I was being told I could not be anywhere near my boyfriend's children based on an accusation they made towards me. However, when his ex was in court or in mediation or ever had to do anything with this custody issues she bawled and carried on the whole entire time. My boyfriend's ex was never required to prove her accusation and Tracie never fought for our innocence. She told my boyfriend, here just sign this when they came up with an insane proposal. She said, 'Take it, this is the best you're going to get.' We both paid her money during this entire time and she never once did anything for us. Things are worse now than when we started. All he wanted was to be able to see his kids more. She didnt want to step on their lawyers toes while she ran for judge so she did nothing. Since she got elected for judge, she now had released my boyfriend and won't represent him anymore. She would never return his calls and was never in the office. To top it off, she kept all of the evidence that he compiled against hs ex and never presented it or returned it ...including a photo album of his children. He even showed up with a whole slew of people to defend him in court against her and was never given a chance. I am so sorry I ever recommended Tracie and I hope she does a better job at being a judge than she did as a lawyer.
