I have been into the office, called, spoke to someone 2 weeks ago and was informed I would hear back from someone in the next day or two. Since then I have called and e-mailed and still have never heard back...not the best way to run a business :(

I scheduled an appointment with one of the attorneys at this law firm and I showed up on time for my appointment. As I was waiting a gentleman that did not have an appointment came in to ask a general question. The attorney that I came in to see took that gentleman in rate away & I was the one who had to wait after 20 minutes and no one saying a word to me I decided that they did not need my business. They never said a word to me and when I asked about rescheduling the secretary Pat made me feel like I was the one being rude & inappropriate and told me that there were no other attorneys there that could handle my type of case. Pat tried to tell me that he was the only attorney that I could deal with. But when I called for the appointment in the first place and explained what type of attorney I was looking for they had 4 attorneys available when I was making my very first appointment. Ever since I had my bad experience with this law firm, I have heard mini other people's bad experiences with this law firm as well. Why is it that business's now a days think that it is OK to treat their customers like this? They obviously do not need any more customers .
