This firm has been working sincerely on my case for 2 years and they guided and assisted me throughout the entire time. Any questions I had were answered and I believe they wanted whats best for me and my case. Although I personally decided not to go to trial- their advice to me was helpful and they wanted whats better for me. My two years waiting for settlement was easy going and most of the time I had forgotten about my case while they work hard to settle things.

Omid Azari spoke to me at length very recently and pulled me back from the edge of despair. As a landlord with a tenant from Hell, who was menacing us and was the cause of our despair, I turned to Mr. Azari asking what my rights were. He took the time to patiently and carefully explain all the fine legalities that we faced and showed us several paths. It took a while, but it was just what we needed and I will be forever grateful to him. I would hire no one else.

I was maliciously accused by an individual wholly lacking in integrity whom considers the Montgomery County Police Department to be her personal enforcers. This person appealed to a police officer; presumably her friend; to file fictitious charges without investigation. maybe they 'are' her enforcers.I immediately contacted the Azari Law Firm upon being served with a court summons and charges. Azari Law firm quickly and affirmatively responded; presenting me with the most capable and attentive of attorneys (L. Kollecas). L Kollecas contacted me by phone, listened to the details of my situation; which I considered dire; made well thought inquires, and candidly advised on what was needed to effectively represent my case. L. Kollecas also demonstrated patience, compassion, and exemplary attention to detail. Patience: I can send a LOT of correspondence when I am stressed out Compassion: Listened to everything I had to say and empathized with my plight Exemplary attention to detail: Was able to go through an incredible magnitude of information, quickly identify key points, draw sound conclusions, and always asked relevant questions to forward her understanding of the case. Our first hearing rapidly approached, and my malicious accuser repeatedly lied in court, presented dubious and baseless opinions, and attempted to use hearsay as evidence. L. Kollecas carefully listened, objected to misleading statements in an effective manner, and fully exposed the lies of my accuser during cross-examination. My accuser bitterly sulked when her first action was rebuked by the judge in the form of a dismissal at the preliminary hearing.

I interviewed several attorneys before hiring Omid Azari and his team. It was a stressful process and perhaps I was worn down by the point I hired them since I wasn't exactly 'won over' in my first meeting. In fact, I was wondering if they even knew who I was when I hadn't heard from them the night before my first hearing.But when we did get to court - then I saw what I was really paying for. Don't expect them to hold your hand and call you every day and tuck you in at night. These people are machines and I mean that in the best way. They'll answer your questions, they will return calls, but they aren't guidance counselors or your BFF. That was my first lesson. In court, I never worried. They were always prepared, professional, and they did the best that they could with the facts in my case (which were really really bad). The outcome in my case was better than I thought I'd receive and I owe 90% of that to Omid's team (esp. Ed and Lauren) and the other 10% to dumb luck.I would hire them again in a second, though I hope that I never have to.
