I went with Cordell and Cordell before and this team did more for me for WAY cheaper. They hooked it up! I couldnt be more happy. Mr. Brown killed that court hearing. Darshan represented me for a DWI case, we was extremely professional and was easy to communicate with. I feel i was able to get great value out of the cost for his services. Even Garland himself was able to communicate with me if Darshan was in court or with another client. Hopefully will never need a lawyer again but if i do it will be this group! Thanks again!

There are not enough stars on this page to rate Mr. Garland Hall and the excellent service he provides. As a person who analyze business programs for a living, his business is superior, legit and creditable. I am so happy that my Husband and I were able to meet him and retain him as his child custody lawyer. As many may know, it is hard to find a lawyer to represent a father with the myth that the father only want custody to get out of taking care of his child. Mr. Hall knew right away that my Husband was not that type of person and genuinely wanted to be in his daughter's life. While representing my Husband, Mr. Hall was so efficient and effective during the case that it concluded at the mediation table. He exposed the mother so much that she back peddled and asked not to be pursued any further. Legally, as a step-mother, I did not have a voice in the matter but Mr. Hall made sure my voice was heard and included every creditable fact that was compiled and documented. Not only did he get my Husband's child support reduced, he checks in on us to see how things are going. I have not heard of many lawyers who would do that. Mr. Hall is very patience, attentive and I would recommend him to anyone who has a child custody issue, especially fathers who are honestly and truly in their child's life. He is affordable and very passionate in his work. If you think his price is too much, read this post again, HE IS WORTH THE MONEY. He is honest and will not hide anything from you. Even it is something you do not want to hear. We have him on speed dial, in case we need him again.

I chose this law office because of the reviews originally so I wanted to make sure I made my own. I am out of state and needed an Attorney for a difficult Divorce/Custody case. When I first called I spoke with Kelley right away and explained the situation. Her and I knew it would be a long and ongoing process but she was up for the challenge. Kelley and her staff worked hard on my case and were always very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. At no point did I ever question retaining this firm to represent me. I am extremely grateful for her dedication and her knowledge. My divorce/custody case was strenuous and extremely tasking at the same time. Kelley was there every step of the way and I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is wonderful to work with and I'm very thankful for everything that she accomplished.

Attorney Hall is excellent! He is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and more than fair in his pricing. He doesn't try to charge for every little thing or when you are the phone with him for 3 minutes--he doesn't charge for that time as is the practice of many attorneys. Mr. Hall did not represent me personally, however, he did represent a very close friend, who was facing a contentious, emotionally-charged divorce and child custody case. Mr Hall took over my case in 2016 after my first lawyer had to leave because she had to move out of state. He was so good. Always kept me well informed and if I called him and he was unavailable he got back to me promptly. I wish I would have went with him from the start. My first attorney was cheaper but she made alot of mistakes and a huge mess of my case which Mr Hall fixed. Mr Hall is well worth every penny.

Garland was a disaster. He gave bad advice all the way through my divorce process. He couldn't/wouldn't stand up to opposing counsel. He advised me to accept the proposal from opposing counsel, let her write it up, and didn't catch a change in language that cost me $7000. Do yourself a favor - if you want a cheap lawyer, do it yourself - if you want a good lawyer, pay for one.

I was referred to Garland by a co worker for my custody case which was reopened after 9 years of being closed. My previous attorney retired and at first I had alot of anxiety and through out the case I asked a million questions which Garland always answered with honesty even if it was something I did not want to hear, he did not leave me wondering and worrying which is a nightmare and something I hear alot of people complain about with their attorneys. His turn around time for responding to phone calls and correspondence is above and beyond, he even took the time to respond on a holiday weekend when something came up and I needed to know how to proceed. Hall and Kelly Spigel are the ones to pick. You would really be taking a risk with any other lawyer. I have been going through very nasty custody battles since 2007 with my seven year old daughters father. There has been a lot of lies to the courts and to cps for that matter that were all proven bogus. I found Garland Hall last year which was recommended by a lawyer who took EVERY PENNY out of my familys pocket that was possible (about 11,000 $). When I got in touch with Mr. Hall, I immediately felt a connection and knew he was the lawyer I needed to help prove my case and keep my baby girl. I didn't have a whole lot of money when I met Mr. Hall, but it didn't matter, he worked with me more than any other lawyer would have ever done. He then introduced me to Kelly Spigel a few months later and decided she could do a great job at winning my case for me and we did win! She was a fireball in court, absolutely AMAZING!! They are both very easy to talk to and they actually listen to what you have to say and are just a true blessing for anyone to have. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
