I came to Ms DeLuca with a custody issue. No one goes to a lawyer because these things are running smoothly and there are no problems. Our situation was a mess. What I appreciated right off the bat was her honesty. She told me from the beginning what to expect, what would happen, and what realistic expectations were for our situation. I never had any questions because there was always information available. I don\'t want to get personal because this is a public forum but I am grateful for Cynthia\'s work with us, her team, and everything she did to make a bad situation manageable.

What a calamity!! More painful than the division itself. But my ex found it quite entertaining. Thought maybe I was being punked since it seemed like they were my opposition. So exhausting and humiliating. Had to redo and pay to redo every step. But the attention to their billing is unsurpassed. This beat the crap out of me and I\'m still licking my wounds!

This site is only useful if the reviews are legitimate (not pretending to be someone you\'re not) and unbiased. That being said, the previous review sounds JUST like something De Luca would say. I was in fact a client of hers for my divorce and custody, and we \"won\" if that\'s what you want to call it. However, I don\'t see it as a \"win\". My child and my life are not a game to \"win\" or \"lose\". After it was all said and done, after the smoke cleared and I was finally able to come up for a breath, not until then did I realize how we (my child and I) were treated like another statistic of hers. We were a game (hence the \"win or lose\" terminology) and a paycheck to her. I feel extremely used and taken advantage of. I\'m not going into any further details about the divorce, my child, my life. I just couldn\'t not say anything and warn others of her practice and ethics. Like I said previously, I would hate for another family to become a victim of hers.

Cynthia DeLuca saw me once and collected $250 for her fee. I called her back twice to ask a question about her contract that she gave me but she would not return my phone calls. I left a message both times with her staff. I was going to hire her but not now. That is a complete waist of my hard earned $250. Thanks a lot for also waisting 10 days of my time while I need to make a move with my time sensitive divorce as well. Irresponsibility is unacceptable! I deserve my $250 back.
