From the first call through the last court appearance I felt safe and secure. This was my first time ever being in trouble. I was a nervous wreck. Lisa walked me through every step of the process and assured me everything would work out. She kept me in the loop as to what the best thing to do was and informed me why we were doing what we did. this was a very dark time in my life but Lisa made it better. She took a personal interest in my well being. I truly appreciate what she did for me. Not only in the courtroom but outside as well. I retained Lisa Wells on August 7th, 2018, for $2000.00 dollars Check number 1260. I retained her to file expungement paper work and to file paper work to the 'Court of Appeals' for a former case that I had retained her on previous.I received a phone call from an Attorney that was involved in the 'Court of Appeals' only to be told Lisa missed the dead line and that it could no longer be filed. As for the expungement after I finished my 'diversion program' Gen the lady who handles this handed me the paper work to file myself. I had been calling Lisa for sometime in regards to all this and never received a call back, I was told numerus times that she is in trail and would call back!!!!! Finally after I spoke with her Paralegal 'Tony' and told him I was going to file a complaint she called. I have request a full refund by January 15th via e-mail for my $2000.00 dollars or I will go forward with my Complaint. I would not recommend Lisa Wells to no one. And if you do hire her do not pay her until everything is complete. Lisa Wells is not one to be trusted nor is she dependable. Sincerely,Johnnie Riley

I was faced with a class C felony which carries a 5 to 10 year prison sentence. Needless to say I thought I was going to lose everything.
